Book your workout in our Wellness Center, East Pool, or Group Exercise class at greatermidland.org/
book-workout. Online booking guarantees your workout time, helps maintain a safe capacity, and
facilitates physical distancing between occupants. Booking is not required to workout and is avail-
able to members only. With capacity limits, drop-ins will only be allowed if there is space.

WRISTBAND POLICY: Wristbands and/or activity passes may be required for participation in programs at the Community Center.
LOCKER RENTAL: $80 per year - Members; $110 per year - Non-Members
INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN - GMCC may cancel classes due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as

CURLING RENTALS - Curling season is late October to early
March and group facility rentals are available during this time.
Reservations are accepted beginning in September. Non-curling
rentals are available April-August. Group rentals are available for
special events. Clubs, schools, churches, businesses and other
organizations can try this fun sport.

AQUA BABIES AGES: 6 MONTHS - 1.5 YEARS
This class will introduce you and your child to basic water skills.
The goals of this class will include water adjustment, beginning
swimming techniques, and water safety. These will be achieved
through games, songs, and play. Bonding and interaction will be
an important component of Aqua Babies. This class requires one

ADULT SWIM PROGRAMS
LIFEGUARD TRAINING AGES: 15-99
There will be online classwork that must be done before the date
of the class. The link to this work will be emailed to the email
provided. American Red Cross Lifeguard Training: PREREQUISITES:
students must be able to swim 300 yards continuously using
breaststroke and front crawl, swim 20 yards dive to 7 feet deep
and retrieve a 10# object and return to the starting point, and
tread water for 3 minutes using only legs. You must be 15 years
old on or prior to the first day of class. This class includes CPR-PR/
AED and first aid. NO MAKE-UP SESSIONS WILL BE GIVEN.
Cost includes all materials, and certification cards.
