How do we hold the date
We will hold your selected date on provisional hold for up to 2 weeks, following this a £1000.00 non – refundable deposit will be required to
secure the date along with a signed contract.
Will there be any other wedding on the same day?
At Ettington Chase we only hold one wedding a day.
When shall we book the registrar?
We highly recommend for you to book your registrar before paying any deposits
Can we reserve bedrooms for our guests at a discounted rate?
We hold a number of rooms on your wedding block for your guests, who then can call to reserve their rooms at your fixed rate which we will provide. Any bedrooms
not used 12 weeks prior to the date will then be released.
What are the payment terms?
40 % of the final amount will be due 3-6months prior, the full balance is then due 30 days prior to the date.
Who will be our Contact on the day?
Our dedicated and experienced operations team will be on hand to ensure your big day goes off without a hitch.
What menu options are available?
You will come for your Menu tasting 4 months prior to your big day this is included in the package for two people. You can select two options
per course for your tasting, if you would like to bring anyone along this will be at an extra cost.
We would need your final menu choices 4 weeks prior.
Do you allow confetti?
We do allow confetti on our grounds as long as it is biodegradable.
What is the order for speeches?
You can have your speeches in whichever way suits you.
The traditional order of speeches is; Father of the Bride, Groom. Best Man.
