Put a vision board in an area that all staff use.
Ask staff to contribute their ideas of a vision

                               Using the arts, explore the NICIE Statement of Principles
                               through the eyes of a pupil in your school. You could paint,
                               draw, act out, use moving image to think about and convey
                               what the principles mean to school, community, society. The
                               pupils could write a pupil-friendly version of the Statement of
                               Principles., or create images that communicate them.
                               The finished project could be displayed in the wider
                               community, possibly in a local library or in another integrated
                               school in your area.
