    top underneath that does NOT expose skin or
    undergarments.

   Jeans with cuts or rips that expose skin 4”
    above your knee
   Rips must be below 4” above the knee or
    tears must NOT show skin.

These handbands are not adorned and are less ¼ inch
 Jeans, capris, and slacks
 Bermuda/cargo shorts, and shorts that are no
  shorter than 4” above your knee
 Leggings w/blouse that is no shorter than 4”
  above your knee; no yoga pants; no jeggings
 Sweat suits
 Dresses/skirts that are not so tight it rides up
  when walking and no more than 4” above your
  knee in the front and the back.
 Tops/shirts w/sleeves or sleeveless tops; no
  tank tops (thin strap or tank alone)
   Shorts must be loose-fitting, and no biking shorts, cutoffs,
    or boxer shorts are allowed. All shorts must be hemmed
    or cuffed. The minimum length of skirts, shorts, etc. must
    be no shorter than 4 inches above the knee

   You must wear clothes that cover all undergarments. You
    may not wear clothes that have been cut open, ripped or
    slit. Pajamas are not appropriate and leggings are not
    considered to be pants or shorts and should have
    something that meets the dress code over them. Clothing
    shall be loose-fitting and should not expose the midriff,
    cleavage, bare shoulders, back, or underarm area. No tank
    tops, halter tops, crop tops, strapless tops, see-through
    garments(unless a cami or tank is worn underneath and
    DOES NOT expose skin), etc. shall be worn.
   Students are to adhere to the dress code
    at all times when on Pine Forest High
    School’s campus.

*The exception: When the student is at a
 sports practice or event in the location
 where the practice or event is being
 held. If the student leaves that location
 he/she must follow the dress code.
   The student will be sent to an administrator.
   An administrator may ask the student to
    change their inappropriate clothing.
   If the student does not have a change of
    clothing, the student may be sent to ISS for
    the remainder of the day.
   The administration reserves the right to
    restrict the wearing of any items that may be
    disruptive to the normal school day. Failure
    to comply with the dress code may result in
    disciplinary action.
   No hats, toboggans, sweatbands, do-rags,
    bandannas, knit caps, wraps for any head
    coverings. Shortly styled head bands
    unadorned and measuring less than ¼ inch
    are acceptable.
   No belly shirts, spaghetti strap clothing, or
    muscle shirts or tank tops. No shoulder shirts
    are allowed.
   No pajamas or sleep attire.
   No shorts, skirts or dresses more than 4”
    above the knee.
   No clothing that shows cleavage. Shirts
    cannot have an open back.
   No see-through tops or bottoms. This
    includes jeans or pants with excessive holes.
   No inappropriate signs, emblems, or
    language on clothing.
   No skin – tight clothing to include leggings,
    jeggings, tights, joggers or yoga pants. If a
    student wears leggings then the dress or skirt
    that is worn with the leggings must be no
    more than 4 inches above the knee.
   No wallet chains or chains on clothing.
   No sunglasses worn in the building.
   Pants must be worn around the waist. There
    will be no sagging pants.
