About The Event
The NALA Awards Gala and Conference was created to celebrate all of the
wonderful things happening in the lash industry!
Our event kicks off with a complimentary VIP Cocktail Party on Saturday,
May 4, which is exclusive to NALA Members, event speakers, media, and
event sponsors. The cocktail party is a casual get-together where you can
enjoy cocktails and appetizers while meeting new people and catching up
with all your lash friends.
The conference is a 2-day educational event, but it's most definitely not
your typical lash conference. Yes, breakfast, snacks and lunch are provided
for all guests; we will have hands-on training, business-building
presentations, and valuable take-aways for all attendees; but the energy
and character of this NALA Event will be like no other. The conference is
elegantly crafted to keep attendees interested and actively learning. There
will be no sleepy-eyes in our conference room!
Finally, the event will wrap up with our, now infamous, NALA Awards
Gala on the Monday evening . This formal event will be the icing on the
cake after two great days of fun, learning and forging new relationships.
The gala begins with cocktails and entertainment (last year's entertainment
was the talk of the town and we promise this year will be equally epic)
followed by a three-course plated dinner service. The award winners are
announced at the awards ceremony and our prestigious NALA Awards are
presented by industry celebrities (it feels just like Hollywood and the
Academy Awards). The awards ceremony is aired live on the NALA
YouTube Channel for the world to watch and cheer. We will complete the
event with a DJ and a dance floor where we can party the night away.

Exhibitor Package

SPONSOR RECEIVES:
One entry to the 2-day NALA Conference.
One entry to The NALA Awards Gala.
A 6' skirted exhibitor table in the conference room for 2 days.
Discount on staff conference tickets. (Only one entry is included with
the exhibitor table. If you are bringing extra staff they each need an
event ticket)
Sell your products, services and/or courses to attendees.
Your promotional video played on the conference presentation screen
during the weekend conference.
1/2 page promotional ad space in event program.
Social media announcements.
Logo and website link promoted on event website.
Logo displayed on sponsor banner.
The option to present a NALA Industry Award at the Gala Dinner.
SPONSOR GIVES:
Industry related products for the goody bags (minimum 150 items)
Optional second gift items for our VIP Goody Bags (minimum 50)
Optional Prize Package for NALA Industry Award Winners.
We anticipate150 attendees for our conference and 200 attendees for the gala.
The NALA Team will do whatever we can to make this event a huge success for our sponsors.

Profit Speaker

SPEAKER RECEIVES:
Special feature stage time, up to 60 minutes, to promote your services,
courses, and/or products.
Place your banner next to our step-and-repeat wall on the red carpet.
The full "Exhibitor Package" (value $1200 + GST).
SPEAKER GIVES:
Products for goody bags (minimum 150 items).
Prize package for one of our award winners. (Speaker may present
the award on stage).
AGREEMENT:
Presentation must not be longer than 60 minutes.
Presentation must include valuable education for our attendees even
if they choose not to purchase your offer.
Presentation topic must be approved by NALA staff by February 4.
A detailed presentation description must be provided for the NALA
Gala website by February 4.
Presentation must be submitted in PowerPoint format by April 20.
Speakers must actively promote the event to their audience through
social media, newsletters, email, etc.*
Speakers are prohibited from live-streaming the event
*Actively promoting is defined, in this agreement, as sharing the link to the event with your audience and encouraging
ticket sales approximately three times per month between January and April 2019 inclusive.
We anticipate150 attendees for our conference and 200 attendees for the gala.
