This Identity and Accreditation Card (“Card”) for the Olympic Qualification Events for Boxing (“Event”) remains the property

of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and can be withdrawn, with immediate effect, at the IOC’s sole discretion.
By using this Card, I agree to be photographed, identified and/or otherwise recorded by the Local Organising Committee
Goethals
(LOC), the IOC or third parties authorised by them, and that such photographs, films or recordings (“Recordings”) can be
used in a commercial or non-commercial manner, without payment, for the maximum duration permitted by law, in any
format and through any media, for the promotion of the Event, the sport of boxing and the Olympic Movement. I further
agree that any photograph, video and/or sound that I may take and/or record within, from or of the perimeter of the
venues of the Event (“Content”) shall only be used for personal, non-commercial and not for advertising purposes. Organisation
Notwithstanding the foregoing, I agree that I shall neither transmit nor distribute any videos and/or sounds of the Content
over television, radio, internet (including on social media platforms and by live streaming), or via any other digital media
without the prior consent of the IOC. Accreditation Team

to transmit certain information about myself to the IOC and the LOC and agreed to such data being used by the IOC and
the LOC and, where necessary, shared with third parties, for the purposes of facilitating my participation in, and/or

Blank organising, the Event (including, without limitation, for the purposes of conducting the accreditation process and granting
my accreditation, ensuring the security of the Event and safety of participants, carrying out general Event’s administration
activities and providing me certain Event-related services as well as ensuring compliance with the Olympic Charter, the
Johann IOC Code of Ethics, and other rules applicable to accredited persons).
I also confirm that I fulfil the qualifications and conditions required by the IOC in order to be issued this Card, and that I

shall comply with the Olympic Charter, the IOC Code of Ethics and other applicable regulations. I will respect the access
control regulations of the Event’s venues and only use this Card to access venues and zones specified on the Card. I will
