OSS Retail programmes are not run or accredited by the University
of Oxford. However, we are very proud of our long relationship with
the prestigious university city. We continue to run our residential
programmes at Saïd Business School, St. Hugh’s College and Keble
College, Oxford.

Both the Foundation and Academy
programmes are accredited by City and
Guilds.

NB. In order to comply with HMRC VAT accounting requirements re. TOMS (Tour Operators
Margin Scheme), the accommodation (room only) element of the programme cost is charged
by way of a separate invoice from the appropriate college. Oxford Summer School Ltd. acts
strictly in an ‘agent only’ capacity in respect of the distribution of invoices on behalf of the
venue and the collection of payments for these invoices. The remaining programme costs are
the subject of an invoice raised by OSS Ltd. As a result, all course fees are payable in full to
OSS Ltd. by way of two separate invoices.
