2019 SALA Festival: Tip of the iceberg

Council’s 2019 SALA exhibition 10 – 31 August 2019
This week, students from Adelaide University’s internship program have been working in
the Civic and Community Centre, to create a temporary art installation called ‘Tip of the
iceberg’. Using single use plastics collected from Council’s office and Vale Park Preschool,
the exhibition examines our reliance on single-use plastics through the creative lens. The
installation will be on display in the foyer of the Civic and Community Centre. Presented in
partnership with Adelaide University and East Waste.
