REPORTING
A customizable dashboard lets you configure and arrange widgets to show high-level, real-time statistics for key areas of your
business. A wide range of detailed reports are also available that allow you to drill further down into data by date range, location,
and terminals.
EQUIPMENT MONITORING
Hosted Solutions continually monitors the status of your Hamilton equipment, providing crucial real-time feedback to help you solve
problems quickly. Three main status indicators help you identify the severity of any issue:
• GREEN: equipment is functioning normally
• YELLOW: an issue has been identified, but the equipment is still functioning (for example, a low hopper, unlocked door, or low receipt paper)
• RED: indicates that an equipment component has an issue and needs attention (either the kiosk or the car wash equipment)
WASH BUNDLE MANAGEMENT*
Increase your repeat business by offering wash bundles directly at any HTK or CTK pay station. You determine the quantity of
washes you want to include in each bundle, and then set the price in Hosted Solutions. Bundles are then displayed on the HTK/
CTK screen for purchase.
When a customer buys a bundle, they are given a receipt with a unique barcode that is scanned until the bundle is depleted. You
can customize the text that displays on the receipt in Hosted Solutions.
MOBILE APP, EXPRESSPASS RFID, AND ECOMMERCE MANAGEMENT
Create and manage your loyalty programs through the simple and inituitive interface in Hosted Solutions.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional Codes available within Hosted Solutions can help you build customer loyalty, encourage repeat business, attract new

These can be instantly emailed to customers, or generated in a format of your choice for later manipulation. They are either

ExpressPass is an access control system that offers a fast and convenient way for customers to gain entry to your car wash.
Using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), ExpressPass reads a unique chip embedded in a customizable, windshield-mounted,
tamper-proof tag. It then validates the account holder information in a secure database, before vending the appropriate service.
The result is a quick, easy, and personalized experience for the customer. For you - it’s higher throughput, greater customer loyalty,
and improved cash flow through recurring subscriptions.
ExpressPass is a fully-integrated system for the HTK, CTK, Gold Line®. It is also available in a stand-alone Express Lane configuration,
requiring no kiosk.

to make purchases online.
Styled to match your car wash brand, all sales and management
run through Hosted Solutions for simple and controlled
administration.
Customers can use your Ecommerce site to purchase:

Our design team works closely with you to create a site that accurately projects your branding, color scheme, and imagery. The site
is also responsive, meaning it will automatically scale in size to fit the device it is being viewed on. Whether your customer is on a
desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or cell phone, they will always be guaranteed a user-friendly viewing experience.
SELLABLE ITEMS
• MONTHLY EXPRESSPASS RFID PLANS
Reduce your administration costs by providing customers with an easy way to sign up for your monthly plans. Once a plan
is chosen, the customer adds their personal, vehicle, and payment information before the transaction is processed. In their
email confirmation, they receive a Single Use Code good for their first wash, so even if a customer signs up in-lane, they are
able to wash immediately afterwards without having to make a separate purchase.
All Ecommerce plan data is pushed to Hosted Solutions, so the only administration required on the car wash operator side is
to add the tag number to the relevant account.
• WASH BUNDLES
Sell bundles (packages of washes) at a discounted rate to encourage return business.
• INDIVIDUAL WASHES
Sell individual washes to let customers pre-pay for their desired service. You can even set custom pricing to incentivize online
sales.

Sell Gift Cards of varying values to drive customer loyalty. Customers can purchase for their own use, or request them to be

15D.A.N. SYSTEM Data Access Network
D.A.N. is a computer system that networks all Hamilton equipment at a single location to Hosted Solutions. As well as transmitting
financial and operational data, D.A.N. also pushes ExpressPass RFID tag reads, mobile app codes, Receipt Codes, and Single Use
Codes to Hosted Solutions for validation.
