For over 40 years Paws and Feet has been an

NE iconic community event that celebrates the
very special bond between humans and their
pets. In 2020, we are excited to announce our
expanded signature event with even more
engaging activities for our furry friends and
their families. We start the day off with our
Doggie Day Fun Mile Walk (humans can
participate too!) then lots of food, drinks and
entertainment--many of which are available
for naming opportunities!
Spring 2020 est. 40,000 print materials
$7,500 or greater can choose 1 Zone at Paws & Feet, and 2 Areas
Naming Sponsors who give
(one at Paws & Feet, one at Run to the Rescue).

About Animal Welfare Association
The Animal Welfare Association (AWA), a private 501(c)3 non-profit, is the oldest and largest animal welfare
organization in Southern New Jersey. For over 70 years, AWA has stood for both a commitment to animals AND
to the community around us. Last year alone, AWA donated over 14,000 pounds of pet food, helped to
vaccinate 7,570 pets, served approximately 20,000 pets through a variety of programs including adoptions,
veterinary services, and pet therapy.
Our outreach programs include humane education (including children reading to dogs), our P.A.W.S. program
for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, Pet Therapy visits, plus many other outreach
programs which reach more than 5,000 individuals a year in our community.
AWA has recently launched one of the largest and most exciting fundraising efforts in our history: the
construction of a new 15,000 square foot shelter. This new building with accompanying expanded programs
will enable us to achieve even more for our animals and community for the next 70+ years. The community's
eyes are on AWA!

W AWA Run to the Rescue 5k/10k
AWA is thrilled to announce our 5k/10k race for all of
those animal lovers who love to run. With the success of
our former 5k run at Paws and Feet in the spring, AWA is
excited to bring dogs and humans our 5K/10K now in the
Fall. This is one of the few timed races that allows
runners to participate with their dogs or to run solo.
There are planned Top Finisher Awards for top racers and
their furry friends, too.
