zodiac consists of twelve animals that first appeared in the Zhan Guo period [5th century B.C.]. No one

during the Han Dynasty [206 B.C.–9 A.D.], which was over 2000 years ago. In this class we will learn the
reasoning behind each sign, learn about our own signs, and compare the given characteristics!

Positive Psychology is the scientific study of what makes life most worth living (Peterson, 2008). It is done
by focusing on positive experiences, positive traits, and positive work in our lives. It looks at the strengths
rather than weaknesses and building up the good in life instead of repairing the bad. This course will
educate us on the study of positive psychology and provide us opportunities to put what we learn into
practice through the use of discussion groups, art, and more!
