Rental Trolleys
Manual trolleys will be available at the golf course. Trolley handles are located
at club house. We kindly request all the players to return the trolley immediately
after the end of his round to make it available to other players. Electrical trolleys
and golf carts are prohibited during all championship days, including practice

Team uniforms are expected for ceremonies and the official team photos. The welcome and farewell
coctail parties will be informal.
Bag Storage
Golf bags may be stored in players lockers in the locker room.
Lockers
Lockers will be made available for the teams, labeled with flags of the respective country. Lockers will
be distributed equally between all teams.
Information Boards & desks
There will be information desk located in the clubhouse. Players should have a look at the information
boards at regular intervals as important information will be displayed relating to tee-times, messages,
transportation etc.
Transportation
Transportation will be organised between the official airports and the official hotels (Tallink Spa &
Conference Hotel / Tallink Express Hotel), as well as between the official hotels and the golf club. The
schedule will be established at a later date. The shuttle service will be provided only for the teams
staying at the official hotels. The teams who decide not to stay at the official hotels will organise and
cover their own transports.

A Team photo session is scheduled on July 6, at 6:30 pm, at the golf club. The timetable will be
