2021 Invisalign® ChangeMakers Initiative

Overview Messaging
In partnership with National 4-H Council, the Invisalign® The following messaging and creative is to be used
brand has launched the Invisalign® ChangeMakers by partners to promote the Invisalign® ChangeMakers
Initiative. The contest seeks to identify and celebrate Initiative. Partners, please use this client-approved

Application criteria includes:
• Currently between 13 - 19 years old. Link all posts to Contest microsite:

• Took steps toward uplifting and empowering their
community in 2020. Link to Contest rules:
• Two (2) references/recommendations. Invisalign.com/changemakers/termsandconditions
• Upload a photo of yourself in action
• Complete the application and 750-word essay:
“Describe how you have made a positive impact in
your community in the last 12 months.”
• Is an active 4-H member (4-H'ers will have a chance
to check a box within the application).
