We invite you to enter a team of 8 players from your club to compete in a unique team
event. What could be better than a weekend away with friends from your club at a
wonderful location with the chance to play on 3 top courses and stay at the luxurious
Anchorage Port Stephens?
Limited to only 12 teams, the format will be 2 Ball Better Ball on Day 1 and Day 2 and Single
Stableford on Day 3. Ideally your team will be made up of 4 golfing couples from your club
but it can be a mix of males and females.
Whilst the competition will be intense with bragging rights and prizes at stake the aim of the
event is as much about the post golf fun in true Teed Up style!
INCLUSIONS
• 2 nights’ accommodation at Anchorage Port Stephens (based on twin or double share)
• Breakfast daily
• 3 games of golf with shared motorised carts
• Pre-dinner drink and Welcome dinner (beverages at own cost)
• Presentation Event, 1 hour drinks and canapés at Newcastle Golf Club

12th March DAY 1—ARRIVE & GOLF AT KOOINDAH WATERS GOLF CLUB
2021 Make your own way to Koindah Waters Golf Course for the start of
the 2021 Club Challenge.
Completed in 2006, Kooindah Waters golf course was designed by
Ross Watson and champion Australian golfer Craig Parry.
Well known for its meticulous conditioning, the course offers a fierce
challenge to golfers of all levels. Not only will a player need to avoid
water hazards on all 18 holes but Parry and Watson have also
incorporated 84 fairway and green side bunkers, some with railway
sleeper walls, that as well as adding to the aesthetics, also further
challenges the golfer. Once these hazards are cleared, golfers can not
fail to be impressed by the couch fairways and superb bent greens
that roll fast and true..

On the shores of beautiful Port Stephens and nestled between
rugged bushes, Anchorage Port Stephens is a boutique resort
offering premium accommodation and a wide range of
recreational facilities. Overlooking the Anchorage Marina, Corlette
Beach and the unspoilt waters of Port Stephens, allow the sea to
soothe your soul with a seaside weekend escape.
The Anchorage Rooms offer the choice of superior king or twin
bedding, and the furnished terrace or veranda has full or partial
views that overlook the pool, marina and beyond to the sparkling
waters of Port Stephens. Each room has an ensuite with walk-in

Saturday DAY 2—GOLF AT PACIFIC DUNES GOLF CLUB WITH SHARED CART
13th March Make your own way to Pacific Dunes Golf Course for Round 2 of the
2021 2021 Club Challenge.
GOLF AT PACIFIC DUNES
Pacific Dunes is a championship golf course located in Port
Stephens and ranked as the #4 best public access course in NSW.
Pacific Dunes combines two distinct nine hole loops to create a
spectacular 18-hole championship course. The opening nine holes
wind through the native woodland setting, perfectly
complementing the stunning wetland back nine.
After golf head to The Anchorage, Port Stephens to check-in.

Sunday GOLF AT NEWCASTLE GOLF CLUB WITH SHARED CARTS
14th March
2021 Make your own way to Newcastle Golf Club for the final round of
the 2021 Club Challenge.
Newcastle is currently ranked 20th in Australia (Aust Golf Digest
2018), with the iconic 5th Hole rated in the best 500 golf holes in
the world (a great driving hole surrounded by dense dunes with a
fairway set diagonally to the tee and narrowing as it plunges down
and to the left). This championship links layout features couch
fairways, and carpet-like POA greens, and boasts gently undulating
holes set in a natural sand-based bushland.
NEWCASTLE GOLF CLUB
After golf, join Teed Up for the Winner’s Presentation including
drinks and canapes.
Once the event concludes, guests can make their own way home.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
A non-refundable deposit of AUD$200 per person is to required at time of booking. The final payment is due by 12th
February 2021 . No refunds are available after this date.
BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE & PEACE OF MIND WITH 100% REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS* Should you need to cancel before 12th
February 2021 you will receive 100% refund of your deposit. If your deposit was made via credit card, any applicable credit
card charges will not be included in the refunded amount.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations by the client must be in writing to Teed-Up Golf Tours and are subject to the following forfeit of cost per person:
If cancellation is due to any travel restrictions imposed by the NSW or Tasmanian Government s and this tour is unable to
proceed, refunds will be issued.
Cancellation received after 1st February 2021: 100% of the package value lost
Teed Up reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or
circumstances beyond our control. Teed Up* is not responsible for any costs for other travel arrangements affected due to
our cancellations of rescheduling of any tour departure.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Some of the times on this itinerary may change, but we will advise you of any changes as they are known. Travel,
accommodation, transport and ticket providers (including Teed Up) change pricing and itineraries from time to time. Prior to
you booking and paying for travel in full, all prices and itineraries in our brochure are subject to change at any time. If for
some reason the price of the tour you book with us does increase from that stated in the booking form you complete and sign
then the client has the right to cancel the tour and will receive a full refund of all monies paid as long as you advise us in
writing within 14 days of being advised of the price rise.
TWIN SHARE & NON-GOLFER SINGLE PACKAGES
If you select a ”Twin Share” package you must nominate at the time of booking who you are sharing with on your booking
form otherwise you will be recorded and charged the price of a Single package. We are unable to find a twin share partner
for you. You must also nominate on your form if you require one bed (i.e. Queen or Double) or 2 separate beds. Please note
all Non-Golfers are assumed to be twin-sharing with a golfer. Non-golfer Single package can be custom priced – please contact
Teed Up.
IMPORTANT – TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is highly recommended so that you may be able to recover deposits and other payments made from the
Insurer if you need to cancel for approved reasons in the policy. AIG is our recommended travel insurer. Click here to get a

you can continue and purchase the cover within a few minutes. This policy covers golf clubs up to a value of $3000, whereas
many other policies only cover clubs to $500. If you believe that you are covered for travel insurance with your credit card,
please check with your bank. Please send through your policy number and the travel insurer’s international contact number
to Teed Up. Insurance can be taken out within 12 months of the departure date.

Teed Up is not itself a transport tour, event or accommodation provider. It acts only as an agent for those service providers.

and accommodation may change depending on availability but will be replaced by similar standard courses and hotel where
possible. This tour includes the services of operators other than Teed Up Golf Tours. For example accommodation providers,
golf courses, transport operators and other tour operators. In making your tour arrangements, Teed Up Golf Tours acts only
as an agent for those suppliers who are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or servants of, or in joint
