Curbside greeting with golf bag service provided by Fossil Trace staff. Registration area with skirted tables, and seating. Fully customized welcome letters, pairings, printed scorecards and cart signs. Discounts available for custom merchandise with your tournament or sponsor logo. Exclusive Fossil Trace logo tee gift. Green fee, golf cart setup complete with tees, touch-screen GPS, digital scorecard, complimentary GPS sponsorship opportunities, and "Live" Leaderboard. All tournaments conclude with a banquet in the Fossil Trace ballroom with seating up to 150 guests. Microphone, podium, and TV displays are included.

SCHNEPF'S RESTAURANT AT FOSSIL TRACE fOOD & bEVERAGE Your golf tournament calls for the the perfect combination of an award-winning golf experience, well-appointed ballroom, great food and warm hospitality. MENU OPTIONS INCLUDED IN YOUR TOURNAMENT Breakfast and choice of one (1) buffet option from the menus listed below. Tournament buffets include water, iced tea and lemonade station. Substitute breakfast for a drink ticket (valid for non-alcoholic beverage or domestic beer, house wine or house bloody mary from the beverage cart or bar). BREAKFAST INCLUDES: BREAKFAST BURRITO | Farm fresh eggs, roasted poblano & green chile, and bacon all wrapped in a local tortilla, served with fresh brewed coffee. GOLF TOURNAMENT BUFFET OPTIONS: THE BBQ | House-smoked pork, served with our Signature Carolina sauce and flame grilled chicken. Served with Hawaiian rolls, oven roasted potatoes, coleslaw, and assorted cookies. *ADD house smoked brisket | Additional $6 per person. Pre-ordered boxed lunch selections include your choice of the following: TURKEY | HAM | VEGGIE | COLORADO CLUB DRINK TICKETS | $6.00 or $9.00 (includes tax/gratuity) All drink tickets are charged to the golf tournament or sponsor based on the quantity requested. $6.00 | Drink ticket redeemable for the player's choice of a domestic or imported beer, house wine, house Bloody Mary or non-alcoholic beverage from the beverage cart or bar. $9.00 | Drink ticket redeemable for the player's choice of a domestic or imported beer, wine, well spirits, house Bloody Mary or non-alcoholic beverage from the beverage cart or bar. BEVERAGE ADD-ONS ON-COURSE BAR | All on-course bars are subject to additional fees. Per liquor license restrictions, all alcoholic beverages must be served by a member of the Schnepf's Restaurant Staff. DONATED BEVERAGES | All donated alcoholic beverages must be delivered to Schnepf's Restaurant three (3) days prior to the scheduled tournament date by 1) a licensed beverage distributor and 2) with a proper zero invoice. All donated alcholic beverages are subject to a $2.00 corkage fee. Bottled water and non-alcoholic donations are allowed at no additional charge.
FOSSIL TRACE GOLF CLUB SECURE YOUR DATE AGREEMENT, DEPOSIT, and PAYMENTS For all tournaments, regardless of day, the initial deposit of $2,500 is due within 30 days of acceptance of terms and signed agreement. The date shall be reserved upon Fossil Trace Golf Club's receipt of deposit and executed agreement. PEAK DAYS and HALF DAY BUYOUTS A tournament that has contracted and purchased a Half Day at Fossil Trace Golf Club has exclusive rights to the golf course (7am to 130pm) and Ballroom from (10am to 3pm) . The balance of payment is due 30 days in advance of the date of play. WEEKDAY | MONDAY - WEDNESDAY Fossil Trace Golf Club reserves the right to add public play for any event not contracted for the half day, up to 128 players. Groups with fewer than 128 may purchase a half day buyout to gain exclusivity to the golf course and Ballroom up to 60 days in advance of the golf tournament. A player guarantee (commitment of players) is required 10 days in advance of the date of play for all non-buyout tournaments. The player guarantee will be approved by a member of the tournament committee as well as a member of the Fossil Trace Professional Staff. Non-buyout tournaments will be charged for no fewer players than the player guarantee provided 10 days in advance, Including no-shows. Additions once inside 10 days are permitted on a limited basis with authorization from the Fossil Trace Professional Staff.

the 10,000 sq. ft. multi-tiered putting green. The 3-tiered putting ELEVATION
