ENTRIES
Entries are to be submitted by the national authority on the official European Golf
Association website: www.ega-golf.ch
Please note that the Closing Date for Entries is Monday 15 April 2019, 17:00h.
TEAM FEE
The Team Fee is 785 EUR per team (4 players and captain). It will cover practice balls, social
events and transport from Vilnius Airport to the official hotel „Vilnius Grand Resort“ for four
players and a team captain.
NOTE: For additional person travelling with the team there is an extra charge of 100 EUR to
cover official functions and transportation.
PRIZES
Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to the teams placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd
respectively.
CATERING
Buffet breakfast will be served at the official hotel starting from 6:00 a.m daily.
The restaurant at the clubhouse will offer daily salad and main course lunch buffet at a
special price of 10 EUR. Lunch serving times will be provided to players upon registration.
DRESS CODE
A reasonable standard of golf clothes is required at all times on the course and in the
clubhouse. Only soft spikes are permitted on the golf course.
MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
The competitors will compete under the full responsibility of their federations.
TOURNAMENT OFFICE, INFORMATION DESK AND REGISTRATION
The Tournament Office, information desk and registration will be located at The V Golf
Club clubhouse from Monday 29 July 2019, 10:00 a.m.
GOLF BAG STORAGE AND LOCKER ROOMS
The clubhouse is located nearby official hotel which will allow having a comfortable
preparation for the tournament as well as social events.
The clubhouse will offer at least 2 lockers per team and storage for players’ clubsets.
TROLLEYS
Manual trolleys will be available.

IMPORTANT: Captains must register their team at the Tournament office at The V Golf Club
no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday 30 July.
Practice round will only be allowed on the official practice day - Tuesday 30 July.
