       you want out of this life, and then be it. Living authentically

       small, unlikely, surprising— you may miss it if you’re not

       good, worthy, and important. Get in the habit of cherishing the

        The greatest way to love the world is to love yourself. The
        greatest way to love yourself is to use your mind, your days,
        and your gifts intentionally. Every minute is a blessing.
        Self-love is service.

                   & EMBRACING PEACE
        “When the five senses and the mind are stilled, when the reasoning intellect

        Like all good things, you are sensitive and sometimes lose
        your way. But you have more power than you think. In many
        circumstances, you get to decide what your body absorbs.
        Because you are in charge of you. Choose to surround yourself
        with things that enhance your peace rather than disrupt it.

        The mind is directly connected to the body, and therefore
        emotions are directly connected to the physical world.
        Sensory literacy is emotional intelligence. Being intentional
        with what you choose to present to your senses is how you set
        yourself up for emotional success.

Choosing joy is a form of self-love. I avoid things that
disrupt my peace and instead I surround myself with
  things that make me feel good, happy, and whole.

                   TAPPING INTO
              SELF-BELIEF & GRATITUDE
           “Appreciate everything, even the ordinary. Especially the ordinary.”

       The more gratitude you feel for your life, the more you are
       able to believe in yourself.

       Belief comes from gratitude which comes from realized love.
       Once you learn to appreciate the divine worth of your life’s
       treasures, including yourself, you are then able to feel true
       hope for the future, love for others, and belief in your power.
       You are worthy, capable, and loved.

           List 3 ways you can begin treating yourself like a cherished gift.

                    Write down 20 things you are grateful for in a gratitude
                    journal. Do this every night for five days. When you’re done,
                    you will have a list of 100 real, priceless, beautiful things you
                    see in your life for which you recognize your gratitude.
                    Revisit this list whenever you need.

                     A Gratitude Meditation
           Your gratitude strengthens your self-belief
         and your self-belief strengthens your gratitude.

        After sitting, unwinding, and doing breathwork, complete the phrase
       “I am grateful for…” out loud as many times as you can. Then, complete
        the phrase “I believe in my ability to…” out loud as many times as you
       can. Practice this meditation multiple times a week, whenever you need.

                          FOR BELIEF.
           The future doesn’t scare me because I believe. I believe in
         myself, my abilities, the goodness of others, and the power of
           our collective love. This belief is as real and tangible as my
          feet, my hands, my heart. I carry it with me everywhere I go.
