Fort In View would like to offer you our 2021 Tournaments and Events package. We are excited
to provide you and your guests the best in golf tournament services.
Fort In View is proud to be one of the few remaining family owned golf courses in the area. The
Buck family has dedicated their lives to growing Fort In View into the quality establishment it is
today. Our 27 hole course provides golfers of all skill levels an enjoyable day. We are an excellent
tournament course with a fully licensed facility and the ability to accommodate 216+ golfers.
We are located 15 minutes northeast of Edmonton’s Anthony Henday Drive and Manning
Freeway intersection. Or just 5 minutes from downtown Fort Saskatchewan. But no matter
where you and your guests are coming from, we are worth the drive!
Our goal at Fort In View is to help make your event a memorable experience. We work hard to
make your event coordinator’s job fun and easy. Whether you are looking to host a corporate or

Terms and Conditions
1. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, to ensure your date and time
preference. *1-50 people: $500.00, *51-100 people: $1000.00, *100+ people: $2000.00
2. Cancellations within 14 days of the booked event will be charged the full tournament fees.
3. In the case of weather, a refund may be issued if the golf course is deemed unplayable or play
is stopped, at the discretion of Fort In View. Tournaments play rain or shine.
4. Rain checks may not be offered for rental clubs, carts or meals, depending on situation.
5. Any negligent damages to power carts, property or lost equipment by tournament players will
be charged to the tournament event. All participants must respect Fort In View golf course, facility,
staff and other customers. Disrespect will not be tolerated and individuals will be asked to leave.
6. Payment for all outstanding tournament expenses are due on the date of the tournament unless
previous arrangements have been made with Fort In View.
7. Due to the high demand for event requests and tee time bookings at Fort In View Golf Course,
the following policies apply for golfers and meals:
• Initial booking of participants must be within 25% of the actual number on the day
of the tournament. I.e. if you are booking a tournament for 100 people, your final numbers
on the day of the tournament can be no lower than 75 people, as you will be charged
for the minimum of 75 people. We can usually accommodate more participants though!
• A guaranteed final number of participants must be given 3 days prior to the event, and this
will be the minimum amount charged on the day of the event.
8. As per Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission Guidelines
• All alcohol consumed at Fort In View must be purchased from Fort In View Golf Course.
Any outside alcohol brought onto Fort In View site, will be confiscated and playing privileges
may be revoked without a refund. This could apply to all participants, depending on severity.
• Tournaments wanting to host a liquor hole must purchase the alcohol from Fort In View.
• Tournament organizers may also purchase beverage tickets for their guests, which
will be provided and tracked by Fort In View staff.
• As per AGLC law, 1 alcohol hole is allowed per each 9 holes on the golf course.
9. According to Provincial Health and Safety regulations, all food served from Fort In View kitchen
must remain on the premises. All food and beverages consumed at Fort In View must be purchased
through the facility.
10. Each foursome group will be expected to keep pace with the group in front of them. A Fort In View
course Marshall will monitor the pace of play, and direct on issues related to speed of play, player
etiquette and behavior. All golfers must respond to and respect the direction of the Course Marshall.
11. Standard golf attire is appreciated. Dress must be in good taste in keeping with the golf course
and other customers’ respect.

It is the responsibility of the above mentioned tournament coordinator to make all participants of the event aware
of the Terms & Conditions at Fort In View Golf Course. The person who signs the agreement will be responsible
on behalf of the group, for any issues or damages at Fort In View. It is also understood that absolutely no outside
alcohol will be permitted on site and if anyone is caught with alcohol, they may be required to leave the premises
without compensation. Thank you for your understanding.
Fort In View assumes no responsibility for the damage or loss of any articles left on the premises prior
to, during or following an event.
