Every chaperone (1:10) a general admission pass/ticket to the 2021 United States of America Formu-
la One Grand Prix, so you can all enjoy the thrill of a Formula One Grand Prix race-day experience, alongside
125,000 race-fans immediately after the performance
This ticket is valued at $120 - $180 and is included in your project pack at NO additional cost.
Although we of course want as many parents, family and friends as possible to come along to the
final event they are under NO obligation whatsoever to buy tickets.
Pro-Excel, or our event/stadium/circuit partners, will provide you with a full COVID-19 risk-assess-
ment or method statement prior to the main event. We can also provide parental consent forms & medical
forms

NB: The 2021 United States of America Formula One Grand Prix is a globally televised event. There is every
chance that all, or a section of the performance will be broadcast live, so please make allowances for this,
and be sure to have the required permission to be filmed prior to booking your place.
2021 PROJECT COSTS & SUGGESTED PAYMENT PLAN
$300 + TAX per person and includes everything listed above + your ticket to Race-Day of the 2021 United
States of America F1 Grand Prix as guests of Pro-Excel, Rock Star U, The Circuit of the Americas & Formula
One.
Chaperones DO NOT pay for their tickets, and several payment plan options are also available to
suit your school’s needs.
NB: Please bear in mind that collaborations/partnerships with other local schools to help make up the
required minimum number per group are allowed. We actively encourage this, and you can invite as many
local schools as you wish…so long as you have a good relationship with them of course!

Grand Prix Official On-Track Race-Day Opening Ceremony Showcase.
We are delighted to announce that applications from all schools in the UK, United States of America and
Europe who wish to perform with us in 2021 are now being taken. For those who have not worked with us
before, we are looking forward to getting to know you, and want to share a bit of our story so you can get to
know us a little better, too!
Pro-Excel was originally formed in the United Kingdom in 2002. For 18 years we have specialised in produc-
ing high-volume mass-movement dance shows for some of the biggest sporting events in the world, whilst at
the same time giving talented young dancers, gymnasts and athletes unique opportunities to perform at
some of our sports most prestigious events, circuits and stadia.
Our most ground-breaking show to date took place in England for the 2019 Rolex British Formula One Grand
Prix, where over 1,700 dancers, athletes and gymnasts performed a stunning show in one of the biggest
mass-movement presentations to take place at a major sporting event anywhere in the world last year.
In 2021, we are making history with our expansion in the USA, producing the official 2021 United States
of America Formula One Grand Prix On-Track Race-Day Opening Ceremony.
As you will see below there is much included in a project with us. Indeed, over the years we have endeav-
oured to provide our schools with an experience that remains with them for the rest of their lives. Here is
how we do it…
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR 2021 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA F1 GRAND
PRIX OPENING CEREMONY PROJECT
Dancers and athletes will spend 3 days with our Pro-Excel professional choreographic at the Circuit
of the Americas, Austin, Texas. The first 2 days will be an on-site industry-based workshop where we will be
teaching the choreography for the show. The 3rd day will be the main 2021 United States of America
Formula One Grand Prix On-Track Race-Day Opening Ceremony performance itself.
Exclusive access to our Pro-Excel website, and in particular the ‘Greenroom’, where the choreogra-
phy for the opening ceremony show will be will be available to view for all dancers/athletes so they can learn
it in their own time for a full 8 months prior to the main on-site rehearsal workshop too.

Our Pro-excel team design the choreography for the show, organise the rehearsal programme and
set the full itinerary for event week.
A bespoke costume/performance outfit/t-shirt is provided for dancers/athlete’s to perform in. Your
regular training kit will be fine for the first 2 rehearsal days - just make sure you are comfortable! As we get
closer to event week, we will make sure all dancers/athletes are aware of what they will need to bring for
the main performance day itself.
Every dancer/athlete receives a general admission pass/ticket to the 2021 United States of
America Formula One Grand Prix, so you can all enjoy the thrill of a Formula One Grand Prix race-day experi-
ence, alongside 125,000 race-fans immediately after the performance

Parking will be provided for dancers/athlete’s coaches ONLY on event week. We will not be able to
provide parking for individual cars or for visitors. *STC
SELECT YOUR STUDENTS ACCORDINGLY
Schools have different challenges - whether it be to build social cohesion amongst groups, raise self-esteem,
improve standards or link to curriculum standards - so we have a variety options available, as well as an elite
programme designed to build vocational pathways into industry.
The United States of America Formula One Grand Prix Dance Project is
classed as an elite programme for students/athletes aged 14yrs and above
and is available to dancers from several disciplines.
Of course, certain projects will be better suited to different age-groups or levels of ability, so please do
consider this with your team during the planning phase
