DEPOSIT
               • 25% to reserve the event date, time and location. The
                 reservation is not confirmed until the full deposit is received.
                 The deposit is charged the day it is received and deducted
                 from the total balance due.
               • An additional 15% security deposit is required for 'venue-only
                 rentals'. This fee is not included in the rental fee, but is
                 refunded within 10 days after the event, provided there are no
                 property damages.

               ADDITIONAL SITE RELATED FEES

                • Outside catering is permitted subject to the 'venue-only
                  rental' rates listed as well caterer meeting insurance
                  requirements.
                • An additional $1,500 fee is applied for a 'kitchen buyout' for
                  clients who need to use any part of the venue's kitchen.

               GENERAL LIABILITY & LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE

                • $1,000,000 per occurrence.
                • Required standard Certificate of Insurance (COI)
                  naming K'Syrah Catering & Events as additionally
                  insured, as well as Liquor Liability Insurance (COI) and
                  an ABC Event Permit (if applicable).
                • When using K'Syrah as caterer, all necessary insurance
                  requirements and liquor licenses are provided at no
                  additional cost.
                • All outside caterers must provide both General and
                  Liquor Liability (if applicable) along with Workers
                  Compensation certificates of insurance.

                OUTSIDE CATERING
                • Outside catering is permitted subject to rates listed as well
                  as caterer meeting insurance requirements. All outside
                  caterers must be approved by K'Syrah and provide General
                  Limited Liability insurance.
                • Supplemental catering must be approved and may result in
                  the 'kitchen buyout' rental fee.

ADDITIONAL SITE RELATED FEES

               SERVICE STAFF & SITE MANAGER
               • K'Syrah will provide, at no additional cost to the client; full-
                 service, professional wait staff for all K'Syrah catered events
                 (subject to an 18% gratuity). Bartending staff is provided when
                 K'Syrah is providing alcohol for event.
               • An on-site Site Manager is required for all 'venue-only rentals'
                 and is subject to a 1 hour minimum fee at $40/hour for an
                 Event Meeting with the Site Manager. This is required prior to
                 your event and can be set-up through your K'Syrah contact.
               • A $45/hour fee will apply for a required on-site Site Manager.
                 The Site Manger will be on duty for the entire contracted rental
                 period (set-up, event, and strike). Security or Doorman may be
                 required for 'venue-only rentals' with 150 or more guests.
               • The Site Manager is booked directly with K'Syrah. Clients are
                 required to contract with and pay K'Syrah separately. The Site
                 Manager fees will be billed after your event.

               OVERTIME
               • K'Syrah provides all event staff for all K'Syrah catered events.
                 Five (5) hours for events with 100 or more guests, four (4) hours
                 for events with 80-99 guests and three (3) hours for events with
                 79 or fewer guests. Staff for setup, strike and cleanup is
                 included at no additional charge.
               • Events can be contracted for longer at an additional fee. If
                 events extend beyond the contracted time, a $50 per staff
                 member/per hour fee will apply and will be invoiced within 48
                 hours post event, and billed to the credit card on file if invoice
                 is past due. Site Manager fees may also apply.

               CLEANING

               • A $200 cleaning fee applies for all 'venue-only rentals'.
                 Cleaning fee applies for general cleaning and trash removal
                 for catering waste only. Waste due to large production
                 materials may require additional waste removal fees.
               • If applicable for outside caterer, a $100 grease removal fee
                 will be charged to deposit if grease is not removed from fryer.

WEDDING REHEARSALS
               Wedding rehearsals will require a Site Manager to be present and
               associated fees will apply. Although we do our best to
               accommodate wedding rehearsals, they are not guaranteed as part
               of a rental. Rehearsals are scheduled up to two weeks prior to the
               wedding day and are based on availability.

               PARKING
               Free street parking is available on all cross section streets near
               venue. The adjacent, east side parking lot has free parking and over
               40 spaces available.

               RENTALS
               Existing furniture at K'Syrah is included in the rental fee. Please see
               the furnishings list below for details. Linen tablecloths for 8' tables
               or round tables are not included. Table runners, candleholders and
               existing decor is available for guest use.
               • Client is responsible to get consent to move any existing
                 furniture. Moving and storing furniture must be arranged by
                 client and K'Syrah, and is not included in the service contract.
               • The client may rent additional furniture from outside vendor. All
                 rental deliveries and pick-ups must be done during contracted
                 time and vendor needs to provide a Certificate of Insurance.
               • If K'Syrah Catering is used, all available tables, chairs, benches,
                 china, flatware, ivory linen napkins, and glassware will be
                 provided at no additional cost.
