                    A SAFE AND CELEBRATORY ENVIRONMENT.

                    In 2020, Somerset House saw
                    exhibitors curate their displays in
                    dialogue with the architectural details
                    of the exquisite neoclassical spaces.

The mixture of grandeur and intimacy,
the fireplaces, the wooden floors and
                    the varying natural light throughout
the days of the Fair is a pleasure we
                    look forward to revisiting again.

TO CREATE CELEBRATION AND
ENGAGEMENT IN AN ONLINE WORLD,
IT WAS ESSENTIAL THAT WE
OFFERED OUR AUDIENCES AS MUCH
HUMAN CONNECTION AS POSSIBLE.

At the physical fair, many tailored VIP
private tours and events are arranged for
groups with face-to face introductions to
the galleries and work on display.

To take the place of this activity for
2021, Collect created 50 virtual
‘Private Audience’ sessions for its VIP
groups, directly connecting them with
individual gallery directors and
a ‘behind the scenes’ experience.

MUSEUMS/CURATORS
 Collect is the perfect hunting
 ground for passionate museum
 curators and keepers of collections
 of contemporary craft.

From its launch at the V&A in 2004
 the Fair has cultivated relationships
 with museums and seen objects
 purchased annually to grow
 collections across the world.

Through the years the Fair has
 seen impressive attendance from
 UK curators and has welcomed
 international museum curators and
 directors from across Europe,
 N. America and Asia.

 The increasing interest in
 contemporary craft and global
spread of the Fair, works to entice
 an ever-increasing range of museum
 professionals.
