Registration Information
1st - Highschool Classes                                  Registration & Refunds
WHEN:                                                     Payment and registration forms are required to reserve your child’s

COVID Policies: Under Phase 2 of Reopening Plan
Instead of signing participants into their classrooms, staff will greet parents in the North drive at CSC’s main entrance, located
on the Patrick Beaver Library side of CSC. We will check-in ALL homeschoolers and review the participant health screening
questions for all participants. Please remember to provide your own pen to sign your students in/out. Health screening
questions currently include:

      Have you or any of the children you are dropping off had close contact (within 6 feet for at least 15 minutes) in the last 14
      days with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or has any health department or health care provider been in contact with
      you and advised you to quarantine?

      Do you or do any of the children you are dropping off have any of these symptoms? (Fever of 100.4°F, chills, shortness of
      breath or difficulty breathing, new cough , new loss of taste or smell)

      Since they were last at CSC, have you or have any of the children you are dropping off been diagnosed with COVID-19?

Additional policies include:
      Wash your hands for 20 seconds each time you enter the building and each time you use the restroom.

      Keep your mask on unless instructed otherwise, for appropriately socially-distanced activities for example

      Stay at your work table and 6 feet away from other homeschoolers

Science Class Descriptions
CSC will offer homeschool classes for those in first grade and up. Classes will be limited
in participant numbers to allow for social distancing. Masks will be required for all for
those times when it is not possible to work apart.

Pre-K – Kindergarten classes may return, when restrictions are no longer suggested by
