Reunite over festive meals served throughout the season. Embark on culinary journeys with curated
menus — from holiday classics at Town Restaurant’s Dinner Feast, set lunches at The Courtyard
and celebratory Chinese dishes at Jade, to epicurean delights by the bay at La Brasserie and The
Landing Point.
Savour free-flowing brunch or dinner spreads that will delight gourmands of all ages. At Town
Restaurant, enjoy hot servings of holiday roasts from a live carving station: Acacia honey-glazed
champagne ham, traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings, and more. In addition to signature
Asian and Western fare, save room for indulgent desserts such as pumpkin pie and vanilla bourbon
crème brulée.

Chinese Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng presents the ‘Starlight’ menu at Jade — five courses of
nourishing Chinese dishes. Highlights include double-boiled coconut juice with kampong chicken, snow
lotus and dried scallop served in coconut, and Yuan Yang Hor Fun with sautéed Boston lobster in truffle
silken egg sauce. Conclude sweetly with shaved almond ice with ‘Three Treasures’ and caramel jelly,
