Panyapiwat Institute of Management, 1. Panyapiwat Institute of Management, Chaeng Watthana
or PIM (Pee-Ai-Em), formerly known Road, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province
as Panyapiwat Institute of Technology 2. Panyapiwat Institute of Management EEC Campus,
is a higher education institution that Sattahip District, Chon Buri Province
offers instruction at the tertiary level. 3. Distance learning units in 12 provinces nationwide

June 1, 2007 and at the doctoral
degree level since October 1, 2012.

learning in the classroom and work
practicum in actual enterprises.
Therefore, all undergraduate students
must practice preparing to work
together with theoretical study in the
classroom in every semester. When
the students graduate they will be
ready to work as a result of accumulation
of actual experiences and professional
skills. They are also equipped with
life skill, social skill, and ability to
pursue lifelong learning.

The Office of General Education has a working structure consisting of 5 subject

The Office of General Education focuses on provision of instruction on general education courses for
students in all programs of Panyapiwat Institute of Management, and organizing activities to develop students
in accordance with the identity of graduates of the Institute that is relevant to the needs of the society and
employers of the graduates. Throughout the academic year, the Office of General Education has organized
student development activities based on its subject groups.

Faculty of Agro-Industry, Panyapiwat Institute of Management has adopted the
Institute’s abbreviation (PIM) to be interpreted in order to be consistent with the
philosophy of the Institute as follows:
