        Nomination and Application Process
Nomination
1) Go to studyinmexico.tec.mx and click on NOMINATE HERE.
2) Login with your username and password. If you have problems or have forgotten your login
   credentials, please contact studyinmexico@itesm.mx for assistance.
3) After nominations are submitted, students will receive an email with a link to proceed with
   their application.

After nomination
1) Students will receive an email with the information to start the application after they are
    nominated. Please check the junk and spam folders if they don’t get the email
    automatically.
2) As an admission requirement, students must upload a scan of their valid passport.
3) The admission decision will be sent via email. Students can download their acceptance
    letter from the website in which they sent their application.

Academic Offering
Tecnológico de Monterrey offers 47 undergraduate degrees under 6 different schools, all with a
wide variety of courses in English and Spanish each term, providing students with a rich overview
of different perspectives from various cultures:

          Credits and Evaluation
The amount of credits given by a course is defined by the amount of hours a student has to
spend in the classroom weekly.

          Migration Process
The migration process is defined by the nationality of the student.

 Non-restricted nationalities: Require an FMM (migratory form obtained upon entry to the
  country), but do not need a visa if the stay is for 180 days or less (semester or summer).

 Restricted nationalities: Require a visa that must be issued at any Mexican consulate or
  embassy, regardless of the time of stay. To review the list of restricted nationalities, visit:

Everyone coming to Mexico for more than 180 days (a year or more), is required to have a visa.

Health Insurance
Tecnológico de Monterrey requires all international students to have an international
health insurance with specific coverages and amounts during their stay. SURA created a policy
that covers and exceeds all our minimum requirements. Detailed information about the
insurance and online purchase is available at: https://intercambioseguro.com/en/#
        ► If students already have an insurance that covers all the requirements, they can send
           a proof of purchase and coverage with their application
        ► If students do not have an insurance that covers all the requirements, SURA will be
           acquired for them and they’ll have to pay for the policy.
