Hello Members and friends:
Since the pandemic is continuing and we are unable to welcome you to our
events, outings or activities, we will be offering some new virtual/online activities.
We will be using zoom and it will be Free for members and 5$ for non members.
Those who paid their membership in 2020, will be automatically added to the 2021
membership list!

Cost: free for members, 5 $ for non-members.
Join us with your glass of wine or cup of tea, reserve your ‘table’ if there is
a group you would like to catch up with. Everyone can join and we will
have breakout rooms, so smaller groups can converse. There will be games, discussions and prizes.

Zoom Instructions:
Download the Zoom app to your computer or iPad or phone
***(make sure your device has a camera and microphone)
To Create a Zoom account go to : (www.zoom.us)
You will enter your name, email and create a password.
Log into your Zoom account 5-10 minutes before the event starts.
Click on the link that was sent to you from the Recreation Department
The Meeting ID will come up
Enter the Password to your class (also enclosed in the email from the Recreation De-
partment)
Once you enter the passcode, we will see you and allow you to enter the class. It can
take 1-2 minutes (depending on when the team is ready)
The event will then begin.
Please try not to be late. Once the event begins, there is a chance that you won’t be
able to let you into the class if you are late.
You will have option to turn off you microphone or on and the same thing with your
camera.

L’activité débutera
Essayer de ne pas être en retard pour les activités. Une fois le cours commencé, il est
possible qu’on puisse pas vous laisser entrer dans le cours si vous êtes en retard.
Vous aurez aussi l’option de fermer votre micro et/ou votre caméra.
