CAR CLUB & GROUP TOURS
Have you ever wanted to arrange a road trip for some friends, or already do but want someone else
to take the strain? Perhaps you are in charge of regional or national car club events or tours and want
someone else to do the hard work?
With a combined team experience of almost 100 years, and our Groups Relations Manager Kieran’s own personal
10 years experience in the travel industry working with car groups, we are confident we can help you!
Just some of the reasons to arrange a club tour with us:
Your money is safe - we are ABTOT registered - see www.abtot.com abtottravelportal/holidays/scenic-
continental-car-tours
One price for all - we don’t include any nasty hidden surprises: one tour price, the same for all members. Other
operators might add on extra fees for a rally plate, a roadbook, or charge different prices for different members
depending on when they book. Not us, one price, the same for all!
Suppliers - operating for over 30 years, and part of a larger group of companies with 1000’s of hotel contacts, we
should be able to find the right hotel to meet your needs. The same goes for ferries, we have advantageous pricing
with all of the UK’s major ferry operators.

LET US HELP YOU ORGANISE
YOUR NEXT GROUP TOUR
We are proud to have been selected as the preferred tour operator for:
We don’t need big numbers - some companies want you to guarantee lots of rooms. We only require 5 cars/10
people to tailor make a tour, although the more the merrier!
We’ll support you - we know that having organised your own tours for many years, that you might still want to
organise some elements. This is absolutely fine, we can do as much or as little as you want us to.
Marketing support - if you want an advert produced to promote the tour, let us know and we will do this at no
extra charge.
Personalised route books and rally plates - we can send some examples of different rally plates we have
produced for various clubs. We can design anything you want and tailor the plaque with any image, logo or wording
you want. The same goes for the route books, where we have a partnership with Michelin maps, and tailor the
maps and information to exactly what you want to do on your tour.
Currency guarantees - as soon as members have paid a deposit with us. The price is fixed from that time,
regardless of what happens with exchange rates.
You’ll enjoy your holiday too as the organiser. All of the above means you can literally do as much or as little of
the organising as you wish, meaning you have more time to enjoy your holiday with the other members!
If you have a group interested in any of
our tours, or you wish to create your own
bespoke Club or Group tour, call our
