Escorted Tours Rugby World Cup 2019™ in Japan will be the trip of a lifetime and not likely to be repeated for many decades to come. With this in mind we have created a range of Escorted Tours following certain teams, regions and matches to showcase the best of Japan. Escorted Tours can be reduced to match up with other Tours, allowing you to create a multi- tour experience.

You can also combine Tours with Match Packages, Official Hospitality, other travel services and upgrades as needed. Escorted Tours Include • Luxury 4-star accommodation • Official Match Tickets: Category C (Category B upgrades available) • Buffet breakfast daily • Lunches/dinners as listed • Internal transport: train, boat, coach or flights as listed • Deluxe merchandise pack • Sightseeing tours and admission as listed • English/Japanese speaking tour guide throughout • Escorted by Events Travel staff • Japan Government Tax at 8% • All administration and ticket handling fees RWC 2019 | PAGE 21 More Information As our Tours are designed to feed into one another, reductions are available to allow you to join other Tours, make your own arrangements or combine Tours with Match Packages.

We have taken into consideration the allowance to watch matches on Tour when they are broadcast on TV. Where possible we will schedule transfers, trains and flights to avoid missing matches as much as possible. This may not be possible all of the time on long Tours, but we are focusing on this as a major priority with all our Tours.

Not everyone wants to see every match on a Tour. We can take single tickets out of any Tour. Please contact us for reduction amounts if you want to stay on tour but skip a given match. Ask us about combining Tours and other variables to make your trip the way you want it. Triple pricing is available on request.
