be no increase to dental and vision plan rates.

If you do not enroll in benefits, you will remain in your
current coverage at 2021 rates, except for any Flexible
Spending or Health Savings Accounts you may be
enrolled in, which you must enroll in annually. If you
wish to contribute to an FSA or HSA in 2022, you must
enroll in benefits by November 24. The Healthcare FSA
will increase to the IRS annual maximum contribution
of $2,850. Any unused Healthcare FSA funds from 2021
will automatically carry over to your 2022 FSA if you
enroll for an FSA in 2022. You may use your carry over
funds for eligible 2022 expenses. The HSA will increase
to the IRS annual maximum contributions of $3,650
for individual coverage or $7,300 for family coverage,
including Hearst’s contribution, if applicable. You can
change your HSA election at any time during the year.
