OUTWOD’s Power of Pride Competition Series is the world’s
first and only CrossFit competition where competitors are not split
by gender categories but compete based on skill and skill alone.
In 2018, Los Angeles, New Orleans and Houston played host to
Power of Pride Competitions, raising more than $40,000 for The
OUT Foundation and its local cobeneficiary charities.

“The idea of Power of Pride was born from the mindset that
everyone is an athlete. The Power of Pride Competition Series is a
welcoming (and friendly competitive) arena to show your pride and
athletic prowess no matter your age, skill level, or gender identity.”

maintaining a dedicated fund for ancillary services for transgender
patients. In addition to funding surgeries, we work with underprivileged
patients to navigate New York State Medicaid requirements and develop
post-op care including complimentary dedicated fitness classes
for newly transitioned patients, support groups, make-up
       tutorials, career workshops, and more.

We are working diligently to provide the LGBTQ+

It isn’t everyday you hear that someone is doing something that they feel
destined to do. After years in public relations and fitness - I can truly say
I am doing the work that I was put on this earth to do. And alongside
me - the team that I was put here to work alongside.
The OUT Foundation, although in its infancy, is doing things I could
never have imagined. Our small but mighty team has created partnerships
with some of top leaders in medicine, we’ve made policy changes in
some of the toughest of fields, and this is just the beginning. Bennett Kaspar James Vergara Chloie Jonsson

2018 was a year of firsts. 2019 will be a year of sustenance and growth
for The Foundation and it is never something I, nor we, could do alone.
If I know anything, I know the power of community and our community
is what drives our work, it is what drives our passion and thru our
community - we are able to help others thrive. Amy Mandelbaum Eduardo Placer Jonas Moskowitz
