The booth fee pays for a 10’ x 10’ space at the fair. Artists are responsible for bringing their own tents,
tent weights, tables, chairs and displays. This is a rain or shine outdoor event. In extreme weather
conditions, i.e. hurricane, the market could be called early. However, occasional pop-up rain showers
are not uncommon in September. You may wish to invest in tent sides if your products will be seriously
damaged by rain. We kindly request no early dismantling or departures. Displays must remain intact
until 5 pm. Failure to abide by this policy will result in future ineligibility for the Market.
