                                     INVITATION

  It is our great pleasure and honor to extend you the invitation for participation in the 65th
  Bocskai István Memorial International Boxing Tournament, which will be held from February
  07th to February 13th , 2021 at the city of Debrecen, Hungary.
  Debrecen has been selected to host the 65th Bocskai István Memorial International Boxing
  Tournament, due to its great importance as a boxing center of the country.
  It is also the biggest administrative, industrial, cultural and educational center of Hungary.

  The LOC and Hungarian Boxing Association will secure a strict protocol to prevent any further
  spread of COVID-19 during the event – high hygiene standards and clear rules about social
  distancing for organizing events and in the everyday life.

  Your participation in this tournament shall help us to promote boxing at all levels.

  The Hungarian Boxing Association has the great pleasure to invite your Association to
  participate in the 65th „BOCSKAI ISTVÁN Memorial” International Boxing Tournament for
  Elite Men and Women, which will be held on 07-13 February 2021 in Debrecen, Hungary.

Eligibility of Boxers and Weight Categories:

The competition is open for boxers 19 to 41 years old (born between 1980 and 2002).
/according the AIBA rules due the COVID-19

The tournament will be held in the following weight categories:
Men:
   ➢ Fly (52 kg)
   ➢ Feather (57 kg)
   ➢ Light (63 kg)
   ➢ Welter (69 kg)
   ➢ Middle (75 kg)
   ➢ Light Heavy (81kg)
   ➢ Heavy (91 kg)
   ➢ Super Heavy (above 91 kg)

Women:

   ➢   Fly (51 kg)
   ➢   Feather (57 kg)
   ➢   Light (60 kg)
   ➢   Welter (69)
   ➢   Middle (75 kg)

Registration regulations:

   ➢ National Member Federations can send only one (1) Boxer in each Weight Category
   ➢ The participants must have two sets of uniform (red and blue color sets) approved by
     AIBA.
   ➢ Each boxer and each R/J must have his international AIBA Record Book, as well as
     medical exams up to date.
   ➢ All Coaches must be AIBA Certified Coaches and registered in the AIBA Database as
     LOC will check each Coach’s status at the time of registration. Without the appropriate
     AIBA certification, Coaches will not be allowed to enter this competition.

Boxing Equipment:

   ➢ LOC will provide its licensed boxing gloves to all Boxers for all Bouts. The gloves are
     compulsory official items which all Boxers must wear, as they will not be allowed to
     wear their personal ones.
        • 10oz Gloves will be used from Flyweight category (52 kg) to Lightweight
            category (63kg)
        • 12oz Gloves will be used from Welterweight category (69kg) to Super
            Heavyweight category (91+kg).

NO HEADGUARDS will be used according to the AIBA Rules.

Number of rounds:

   ➢ Three (3) rounds of three (3) minutes, one (1) minute rest between rounds.
Scoring System:

   ➢ New AIBA Scoring System, the 10-Point Must System, will be used.

Requirements:
   ➢ All Boxers must bring along with them:
         • Record book with annual medicals duly completed and updated
         • Current and valid Passport

   ➢ Each Team Delegation must bring the following:
        • National flag 1x1.5 m
        • National anthem (on MP3 or CD)

   ➢ Boxer’s Uniform:
        • Each boxer must bring two sets of uniform.
        • The colors of these two sets of uniform must be in accordance with AIBA
            Technical and Competition Rules.

Composition of the official delegations:

   ➢ 1 - 2 boxer + 1 official
   ➢ 3 - 6 boxers + 2 official + 1 R/J
   ➢ 7 or more boxers + 3 officials + 1 R/J

Financial conditions:

   ➢ The cost of accommodation, full board: daily 3 meals (except 07th of February when
     only dinner will be provided and 13th of February when only breakfast will be provided)
     and local transportation (to the competitions) in Debrecen will be covered by the
     organiser for the members of the official delegations.
     All participations will be pay the registration fee amount 55 EUR/ person/day.

   ➢ Extra persons – who are over the number of the official delegation – and teams arriving
     earlier than the 07th of February or leaving later than the 13th of February will
     have to pay 90 Euros / person / day for their accommodation and full board.

   ➢ All Team Delegations must pay the full room charges for the entire Tournament Period
     (February 07 – 13) at the time of arrival in CASH (Euros only), or bank transfer.

You are kindly requested to transfer the amount of your fee in advance payment not later
that 25th January, 2021 to the following banking account:

Team Delegations will not be able to receive accreditation cards and hotel room keys if the
payment is not made in full.
➢ Please note that the total amount of participants is based on the Final Entry form. If
     Delegations arrive with a smaller Delegation than previously indicated in the Final
     Entry without notification prior to the event, they are still responsible to pay for the
     difference in full as it is considered a “No Show”.

Transportation:

All the participating teams have to cover their travel expenses to and from Budapest (those who
wish to travel directly to Debrecen have to cover the travel expenses to and from Debrecen).
The transfer Budapest Airport - Debrecen - Budapest Airport will be provided by the organizers.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL FOR TEAM DELEGATIONS

According to the official „Event Management Protocol during COVID-19 Pandemic“
Hungarian Boxing association will organize the event at the highest safety measurements.
All official members of Team Delegations, whether they are competitors or staff, international
or local are obligated to:

- Present, on arrival, an individual COVID-19 medical certificates (PCR test made within 72
hours before arrival) with a negative result.
The certificate must be in English or bilingual with English as one of the languages. (Provision
to be amended as per local requirements at the time)

- Present prior to receiving accreditation an individual Declaration of Absence of COVID-19
Symptoms for at least 14 days prior to Event arrival day (to be provided separately) 65th

- Present prior to receiving accreditation an individual COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver (to
be provided separately)

- Wear a mask at all times during the Event, with exceptions of:
   ➢ boxers in the ring during bout, where it is prohibited
   ➢ boxers in the warm-up area, where it is the choice of athletes
   ➢ participants in respective hotel rooms, where it is the choice of participants
   ➢ participants during their meals only when seated at their dining table
   ➢ boxers on the medal podium during the medal ceremonies

- Carry Event accreditation at all times during the Event

- Observe social distancing at all times (1,5 m), except for boxers during their bouts and during
warming up with their coach

- Avoid entering hotel rooms of other participants under any circumstances

- Avoid any contact with individuals who are not accredited at the Event

- Submit to contactless temperature screening by the LOC and/or local health authorities at any
time during the Event period

- Submit to PCR and/or other COVID-19 testing at any time during the Event period on request
of EUBC/LOC COVID-19 Managers and/or local health authorities
- Follow all instructions of EUBC and/or LOC COVID-19 Event Managers, including
following isolation, quarantine, observation procedures and provision of detailed contact
tracing in case of need

- Timely report all COVID-19 protocol violations during the Event to EUBC/LOC COVID-19
Managers

In addition to the individual obligations, participating National Federations must:

- Appoint a COVID-19 contact person from the official Team Delegation list, who will be
present during the Event and will be in charge of any COVID-19 related issues for their Team
Delegation

- Ensure the delegation of all Team Delegation members, including R&Js, who do not have
serious underlying health conditions known to increase the risk of lethal outcomes from
COVID-19

- Secure single accommodation for their delegated R&J throughout the Event

- Ensure that the registration procedures are timely and completely followed (last minute
changes to the number of participants, rooming lists etc. will not be allowed).

There will be no mandatory quarantine periods for Team Delegations in the Tournament host
country provided there is no positive COVID-19 test result.

In case of amendments to the protocol the LOC will inform all participants in timely manner.

Insurance:
   ➢ All participants are requested to get their own travel and medical insurance.
   ➢ LOC strongly recommends to each participant to have „European Health Insurance Card”.

Visa: The LOC will grant assistance to all delegations on visa matters.

Registration deadlines:

   ➢ Numerical preliminary entries must be sent to the Hungarian Boxing Association
     hungarian@boxing.hu until the 07th of January 2021

   ➢ Nominal entries with names, date of birth, travel details and room request until the 20th of
     January 2021 to the following e-mail address: hungarian@boxing.hu
