AUTUMN SEASON 2019 - Marlowe Theatre
Welcome
to The Marlowe’s Autumn season.

Our brochure has a new look, with the exciting contemporary
theatre on offer in our Studio listed alongside the rich main
house programme of brilliant musicals, dramas, dance
and residencies by the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Royal
Shakespeare Company and Glyndebourne Opera. Plus the best
comedy and music one-nighters, including the Canterbury
Festival in October, bringing chart-topping musicians and
Afro-Cuban brass. International dance spans the globe from
Cuba to South Africa, with Carlos Acosta’s superlative young
company Acosta Danza and Dada Masilo bringing her acclaimed
approach to the classics with Giselle.
There’s never been a better time to pick up a multi-buy offer
and plan a whole season of epic theatre-going…
Whether you’re already part of The Marlowe family or visiting
us for the first time, you’ll find a warm welcome here in Kent’s
regional theatre, right in the heart of Canterbury.
