Wines by the glass Our Wine Guide offers a lot of wines by the glass, many English. Please ask to see it. We offer so many wines by the glass, particularly English wines, in a hope that you will try one, perhaps for the very first time. We are passionate supporters of the English wine industry and are often frustrated how poorly under represented English wine is on so many restaurant lists. Not here! We are constantly tasting new English wines to try and keep up with developments. Suffice it to say it is only getting better. Although our climate still makes the production of English red challenging, we make some exceptional whites, both sparkling and still. Since we started to champion English wine some four or so years ago we must have poured a glass of English wine for over 40,000 people and that fills us all with an enormous amount of pride. 8 THE GALLIVANT — BAR GUIDE

Hot drinks Our coffee is from Musetti. A family run business, established in 1934. A blend of 85% Arabica to 15% Robusta, it is slightly floral with a hint of dark cocoa and medium bodied. We source our tea from Tea Pigs, not only do they make a lovely cup of tea but they also have admirable eco-credentials being the first tea company to be awarded the Plastic Free Trust Mark. We make our own hot chocolate using Willie’s 52% single estate chocolate, 70% grated dark chocolate, raw cane sugar and fresh local milk. It’s amazing.
