           Executive Director regarding the Meals on Wheels Program, the accomplishments over the
           past year, and a request to release the budgeted $15,000 to CGSS for FY 20/21.

      5.c.   Tri-County Wildlife Care/A-PAL: Discussion and possible action relative to a request from
             Ms. Susan Manning, A-PAL, for approval of the Chairman's signature on an agreement
