Carers Week: ‘Making caring visible and
valued’, 7-13 June 2021

The Southern Trust, with our community support
provider, Carers Trust, has planned a week of
activities for carers to recognise and appreciate
their invaluable contribution throughout the year.

For all carers, this has been a most challenging year.
We are therefore focusing on how we build our
resilience, adapt and recover.

Throughout the week, we will be encouraging you to
Take 5 and build in the five steps to wellbeing. Look
out for the five steps throughout the programme and
find out more at Take 5 steps to wellbeing | Minding
Your Head.

Dates don’t suit? This is a condensed snapshot of
activities, but many are available all year round as part
of our ongoing carer support. Contact us for other
dates: price@carers.org 07826 930508

Before we start Carers Week….

Add in something special, a favourite food
                                                   or just a kind note

Go for a walk or cycle – good for the body and
