The General Dispensation from the Sunday obligation and Holy Day Mass

Eucharistic Adoration
All are welcome to adore the Blessed Sacrament on Thursdays between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm in the Cathedral
without signing up. We need 2-3 Adoration Sentinels every hour to be with our Lord.
To sign up, please visit the Cathedral website at www.stmarycathedral.com/eucharistic-adoration. Sign up for
multiple time slots and/or multiple Thursdays for the whole month! If you don’t have internet or need help signing up,
please contact us at the parish office and we will be happy to assist you!
St. Mary’s Catholic School
The school office is open from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm on school days.
During the Month of May, 6th graders will be collecting items for the St. Vincent DePaul Thrift Store!
This is part of a community service project and we appreciate your support. If you have items you would
like to donate, please contact Christina at christina.williamson@stmaryswyo.org or call 307-630-4329 to
schedule a pick up.
St. Mary’s School Ultimate Raffle Winners! The Grand Prize 2021 Subaru Crosstrek
Premium 2.0 winner is Danielle! Congratulations! Other cash prize winners are:
$5,000, Lorna; $2500, James; $1000, Anonymous and $500, Erin. A HUGE thank you to
everyone who bought Ultimate Raffle tickets; this is the first time ALL the raffle tickets
were sold! We also thank Jim Casey and Halladay Subaru for providing the car! Our on-line bidding event was very
successful! We sincerely appreciate your support for the school!
2021-2022 School Registration PK3-6th Grade is now open. Your child needs to be 3 or 4 by August
1st to enroll in the PK-3 or PK4 program. To enroll a child in kindergarten, they must be 5 by August 1st
based on the new law that was passed during the 2020 session of the Wyoming Legislature. St. Mary’s
School has tuition assistance available. Please call 307-638-9268 or come by the school office to pick up a
registration packet. Classes are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Some of our classes fill up fast, so
please do not wait to enroll your child.
Everyone is Invited to St. Mary’s Catholic School Open House on Wednesday, May 19 from
5:30pm-7:00 pm in the Atrium! Tours of our beautiful facility will be conducted! Registration
packets for the 2021-2022 school year will be available.
Positions Available at St. Mary’s School for the 2021-2022 school year include the
following: full-time Physical Education teacher, full-time Music teacher, full-time Pre-
School 3 teacher, substitute teachers and full-time Office Receptionist. If interested,

St. Rose Circle will clean the church on Wednesday, May 19 starting at 10:30 am. Please meet in the sacristy to get

St. Mary’s Cathedral Guild Board will meet Friday, May 21 at 7:30 am in Hartmann Hall. If you are unable to
attend, please contact Martie at 307-640-1757 or Maxine at 303-908-6110.
All Graduating High School Seniors and their families are invited to share and celebrate their
accomplishments! Proudly put on that cap and gown and join us for the noon Mass on Sunday,
May 23. A simple reception will follow in Hartmann Hall. Please contact Damion at 307-757-

Mass on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31 will be at 9 am only. Come and pray the rosary at Olivet Cemetery at 8
am at the Priests’ Circle.
Plan a Pilgrimage to Our Lady of Peace in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming on Saturday, June 12. Stations of the Cross will
be at 9:00 am with Mass at 10:00 am. Presiders will be Fr. August and Fr. Clark . Bring a chair and a hat and plan on

The 67th State WCCW Retreat and Convention will be Thursday, September 9-
Saturday, September 11 at Little America. Registration is due by Monday, June 21.

The Church of the Holy Trinity is seeking an Associate Director of Pastoral Ministry. Job
description can be found on the webpage www.holytrinitycheyenne.org. Bachelor’s degree in Theology,
Religious Education or Religious Studies, or an equivalent degree in a related field or equivalent
training and experience is required. Interested candidates should send cover letter and resume with

Community Outreach
The St. Vincent DePaul Thrift Store is in need of volunteers to straighten and organize items for 2-3 hours
per week. Please come by the store at 2112 Snyder Avenue. Our hours are Monday-Saturday 10 am-5 pm.
Donation hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 11 am-4 pm.
