“ A DIFFERENT WINE MAKING
•   Important part of réserve wine in each NV : at least 30% of Réserve wine made
    with 7 vintages : brings out a Richness and Complexity of Aromas.
•   Low level of Dosage ( max of 7 grams per liter) : to let the wine Express the
    Soil/Terroir and to Reflect the House Style, Minerality.
•   Long Time before the “Dégorgement" : at least 3 Years for the NV, at least 7
    Years for the Vintage.
•   Fragmented Vinification : Plot by Plot Wine-making.
•   Sustainable viticulture, more natural approach no insecticide, use of pheromone
    trapping method, ploughing less grasskiller, less chemical products.
