3. Opening hours
Bulk road tank lorries are admitted on Monday to Friday between 08.00hrs and 15.00hrs.

Latest time of arrival to ensure same day departure: 15:00 hrs.

No loading appointment required.

Products which can be loaded: Poly Alpha Olefins: PAO2, PAO4, PAO6, and PAO8.

Driver needs to report with full order details including order number, product name, quantity and
destination, cleaning certificate and needs to complete a safety form.

4. Life Saving Rules.
From July 1, 2009 Shell's Life-Saving Rules have been fully enforced.

Shell’s Life-Saving Rules set out clear and simple “do’s and don’ts” covering activities with the
highest potential safety risk. They are not new. Most people comply with them every day – but
there are still breaches taking place. The Life-Saving Rules help to make sure that rules are followed
and people are protected.

Compliance with the Life Saving Rules is mandatory, and the Life Saving Rules are applicable to all
operations under Shell’s operational and / or governance control. Each reported non-compliance
will be investigated. And failure to comply will result in disciplinary action, up to and including
termination of employment for Shell employees, or for employees of contractors or sub-contractors,
removal from the site and disqualification from future Shell work. Supervisors are held accountable
to communicate and ensure compliance.

The 12 Life-
       Life-Saving Rules are:

              Work with a valid work permit when required

              Conduct gas tests when required

              Verify isolation before work begins and use the specified life protecting equipment

              Obtain authorisation before entering a confined space

              Obtain authorisation before overriding or disabling safety critical equipment

              Protect yourself against a fall when working at height

              Do not walk under a suspended load

              Do not smoke outside designated smoking areas

              No alcohol or drugs while working or driving

              While driving, do not use your phone and do not exceed speed limits

              Wear your seat belt

              Follow prescribed Journey Management Plan

1. To take any action on one’s own behalf for loading or discharging the truck.

2. Enter the factory with hand phone switched on.

3. Drive more than 30 km/hr

4. Smoking.

5. Make fire.

6. Photography and filming

7. Dump or discharge trash or products.

OBLIGATIONS:

1. The truck engine must always be shut down during loading or unloading operations.

2. Follow the indicated road to the destination in the factory.

3. Wear safety helmet, safety goggles, safety shoes, shirt with long sleeves and long trousers.
   (Shorts are forbidden).

4. Drivers should be able to speak at least basic Dutch, French, German or English.

   Drivers not able to speak one of the above mentioned languages will not be granted access to
   the site.

7. Loading of vehicles
General

               Drivers must park their vehicles on the central parking lot.

               Drivers must report for loading at the loading check-in point.

               When reporting for loading the driver must present: order number and details and a
                cleaning certificate.

               Prior to loading at the gantry the certificate of cleaning and the loading documents
                received at the loading check-in.

Equipment

               All vehicles are obliged to meet the legal requirements. The transporter must keep
                the vehicles constantly in good condition w.r.t. mechanical -, safety -, health -,
                environmental -, and image aspects for his own account.

               Every tank truck or tank container must be equipped with a fixed ladder, walking
                apron with a railing of minimum 90-centimeters height and attached to the tank truck
                or tank container.

               The tanker must be equipped with a pump or compressors in order to be able to self
                discharge at the customer.

               Butterfly valves are mandatory. Ball valves are not accepted.

Cleaning Certificate

Vehicles reporting for loading bulk liquids have to be accompanied by an approved, original
cleaning certificate. The certificate must be presented again at the loading gantry, prior to loading.

The certificate must contain:

Registration of the tank truck or tank container.

1. Name and signature of the driver.

2. Stamp / heading and signature of cleaning station.

3. Statement that the tank is washed, is clean and dry.

4. Explicit listing which compartments are cleaned.

5. Cleaning date: the certificate must not be older than 5 working days.

In addition to this the tank has to be odourless and will be checked visually whether it is dry and
clean.

Exception

At own risk you can allow the tank truck or tank container to be loaded without cleaning. This will
only be accepted if the flashpoint of the product of the previous load is higher than 150 degr.C
(ASTM D-93). Therefore your written confirmation is required, instructing to load without cleaning,
mentioning product name and flashpoint of the previous load.

The loading procedure shall not be started if these cleaning pre-requirements are not completely.

The driver can than decide to go to the nearby cleaning station and have the tank truck or tank
container cleaned, or the haulier can decide to send another tank truck or tank container which is
cleaned.
