At Shrewsbury Town Football Club, it really is the season to be jolly!
This festive season, add sparkle to your celebrations with our buzzing
ambience, tasty food, intoxicating tipples and enough cheer to
last well into 2020.
From festive lunches and dinners, work parties to private parties, we
invite you to indulge in a feast of festivity. And rest assured, we’ll take
care of every last detail to make it stress-free, fun-filled and entirely
unforgettable.
We are offering a wide selection of dates where you can join in the fun
on one of our organised parties, or if you wish to tailor make your own
Christmas event, then do not hesitate to contact one of our dedicated
Christmas Coordinators.

SHREWSBURY TOWN FOOTBALL CLUB 11TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no longer than 10 days pending receipt of
written confirmation and the appropriate deposit.
Bookings not paid in full by 31st October 2018 will be deemed to have been cancelled and any monies paid will
be retained by STFC.
Monies paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or entertainment
for other members of the party.
No refunds of monies paid will be made for cancellation or decreases in the number of guests attending,
unless STFC are able to resell the place.
Any additional charges incurred during the event must be settled prior to departure.
All events and timings are subject to approval by local licensing authorities.
All statutory licensing regulations apply.
Children may not be admitted to certain events at the discretion of the Management Team, whose decision is
final. Please contact the Hospitality Department for prices and availability.
The information in this brochure is correct at the time of printing. STFC reserves the right to amend its
packages and prices at any time before booking. Bookings are subject to availability and prices quoted at the
time of booking.
STFC reserves the right to alter or amend the contents of an event or to cancel an event for any reason, for
example, if there is a shortfall in the minimum numbers required to operate a programme. In such
circumstances, and without affecting your legal rights, you may choose at your sole discretion an alternative
date, subject to availability, or obtain a full refund from us.
STFC reserves the right to change room allocation should this be required.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. If the general rate of VAT is altered, our prices will be modified accordingly.
Gratuities are at the guest’s discretion.
The venue will not be liable to you for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor
beyond its reasonable control.
Please address any comments to the Hospitality Manager during your visit or within 21 days of the event.
These terms are deemed to incorporate the Venue’s general terms of business, copies of which are available
on request.
