PALMIERI offers an extensive selection
of premium wood, laminate finishes, metal paint, edge
banding. This provides you with exceptional quality and
unique design opportunites.
2 3Wood & Stain Finishes Maple
The select veneers, colour process and hardwood finishes from Palmieri achieve the highest aesthetic and performance
standards in furniture excellence. Different wood species offer unique texture and grain. Minor variations in finish colour and
value may occur due to the natural characteristics of wood. All wood materials shall be inspected and treated with a final
sanding and polishing operation before any staining and final finishing can be performed. All machine and mill marks are to
be removed. Once the polishing and sanding has been performed, the furniture will then undergo the following stain and

Process
Step 1: A base stain will be uniformly applied, wiped and then allowed to dry.
Step 2: A uniform coat of sealer will be applied and allowed to dry.
Java Mahogany Richmond Cherry

Step 3: Sealer will be san ded using 240 grit silicon paper.
Step 4: A catalytic lacquered of 34-45 degree sheen is evenly applied and allowed to dry under factory controlled
conditions.

These laminates are designed for either horizontal, vertical or postforming applications. General purpose nominal thickness of
the work surface shall be 0.05”/1.27mm and used with a balancing backer sheet of no less than 0.028” thick.

6 7Metal Paint Acrylic Edge Bands
All metal components are thoroughly cleaned and coated electrostatically with an exposy powder coat paint finish.
These components are then oven baked and cured for a long lasting finish. All edge bands are manufactured in PVC, semi-rigid (Flex) and ABS. Standard
edging size are normally 1.25” w x 2mm stick. These are made of the highest
grade polymers and its materials are extensively tested prior to production using
special test procedures and industry specifications and quality standards.

Maintenance
All wood and plastic laminate surfaces should be cleaned periodically with a damp cloth.
To remove marks or dirt stains, a mild dish soap can be used. Do not use powdered cleaning solutions as they may scratch the
surface. Avoid allowing any excess water to sit on wood surfaces.
Never use any aerosol or chemical based cleaners on any furniture surface.
