Crew Calling Service (through the use of PINs)

   Each PIN has 400 units by default (talking time is 25 minutes v-t-f and 20 min v-t-c)
   but it can be customized according to customer requirements

   Significantly lower cost per minute for crewmembers as the crewmembers get
   the low voice rate of the FB plan

   Official FB pricing terms are applicable
            no charge for connection costs / ringing time / unsuccessful calls
            15 sec billing steps / 30 sec minimum
    PINs can be ordered at ccc@navarino.gr or online. Crew members buy PINs from
   the Shipping Company and not from Navarino

        Crew voice calls are placed through the FB voice channel

        Crew Calling PINs administration is exactly the same as the one currently used

Web Surfing with compression, advertisement removal and caching proxy

    Compress pages objects before send to vessel and decompress onboard
    Compression ratio varies from 0% - 95%
    Average gain above 50%
    Caching onboard the static pages
   All advertisements (video/flash) in http websites are filtered out in
   order to save data consumption
   This service is managed by the shipping company which can set quotas
   per user
    URL filtering and Time‐based restrictions can be set on a per vessel basis

   Web Accelerator
   Specialized accelerator software, enabling much higher download
   speeds via the satellite circuit.

Crew Internet Service

Crew onboard use the PIN or the registered user account details to access the internet

  PINs denominations: 25, 50 & 100MB
  Crew can access internet depending on the firewall rules applied in Stratos and INFINITY firewall
  PINs can be ordered at ccc@navarino.gr or online
  Crewmembers buy PINs from the Shipping Company and not from Navarino
  Registered (permanent) users accounts can be reloaded online with units that can be consumed in
  both voice calls and internet access (the same username/password for both voice and data)
  Registered users can make reverse transaction and one shot transaction

 infrastructure and are then synchronized with vessels at the push of a button
  Port forwarding to access on board computers
 “Fleet-wide” firewall rules: as an option, firewall rules may apply for one
 vessel or for a group of vessels or for the whole fleet

Centralized management & administration

Centralized control and administration of all vessels’ systems through a
user-friendly interface without the need to connect remotely with each
vessel’s server.

 Centralized management applies to Network Interfaces, Firewall rules, File transfer
 queues, current vessel's position, Filters for Web surfing, E-mail restrictions, quotas
 etc.

E-mail

The fastest e-mail system in the sea (message are exchange in less than 10 sec)
E-Mail server on board (smtp/pop3) cooperates with E-Mail relay in the HUB
exchanging e-mails with company's server

 saved, configured to be executed at pre-defined time intervals and the

   The red area shows the requested traffic from the fleet, while the green area shows the
   actual amount of data used.
