We have the pleasure to send you our collaboration conditions for the Winter Season 2019-2020, which is from Sunday,

GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS LE K2 PEARLS
The validation of the Collaboration Contract form entails acceptance of the terms and conditions in their entirety.
Le K2 Pearls is the sole arbitrator when any litigation may arise over the application or interpretation of the general sales
conditions.
RATE SCHEDULE
Very Low Season From 08 to 15 December 2019
Low Season From 15 to 22 December 2020
From 05 January to 09 February 2020
Season From 08 March to 26 April 2020
High season From 22 December 2019 to 05 January 2020
From 09 February to 08 March 2020
Le K2 Pearls reserves the right to change opening and/or closing dates without prior notice.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
All our stays are confirmed from Sunday to Sunday.
Short stays or weekends are confirmed according to availability, at the last minute.
PUBLIC RATES
The rates of Le K2 Pearls are quoted in Euros including City taxes & VAT at the latest rate (10%).
Any changes in this rate will be reflected in Le K2 Pearls’ rates, and any other taxes.
Le K2 Pearls keeps the right to modify, without prior notice, the rates proposed.
The rates confirmed by the partner to its clients cannot be, in any case, superior to the public rates communicated by Le K2
Pearls. Any room confirmed by the partner at a rate superior of the public rate, will result in an immediate end of the
partnership.

SPECIAL OFFERS
The special offers proposed by Le K2 Pearls are granted to a specific person and a specific period.
Therefore they cannot be transmitted to another person and have no obligation to be renewed.
Special offers cannot be combined with any other offers and/or promotions.
If a benefit included in a special offer is not used, it cannot be refunded, carried over or compensated.
COMMISSION
12% of commission will be granted over Winter Season 2019-2020
10% of commission will be granted on Special Offers
Commission is deducted from the partner’s pre-payment of stay.
In case the guest pays his stay directly to Le K2 Pearls, Le K2 Pearls will reimburse the commission within one month
after guest’s departure and upon reception of the partner’s commission invoice with bank details. This commission
invoice should be provided prior to the closing date of Le K2 Pearls.
When the guest confirms his stay directly at Le K2 Pearls and appeals an agency to stand in for the payment, Le K2
Pearls will be in its right to not grant any commission to the agency.
If the guest confirms his stay directly with Le K2 Pearls and the partner is mandated to extend the stay, Le K2 Pearls
reserves the right not to pay any commission to the agency for the nights reserved beforehand.
If the reservation is initiated by a partner, only this one can claim a commission. Le K2 Pearls reserves the right not to
pay commission to any agency or partner that is added to a booking in progress or finalized.
The rates and commissions are only valid for the 2018-2019 Winter Season and must be confirmed at the time of
booking.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The whole reservation should be prepaid prior to the entry into the cancellation period as per stated in the cancellation
conditions.
If payment conditions are not met, the reservation will be cancelled. Deposit (when applicable) will be kept by Le K2 Pearls as
fees.
Le K2 Pearls reserves the right to refuse access to the rooms when accommodation is not paid in full.
In the event of no or partial payment at check-in, full gross balance payment will be requested from guest directly.
Deposit : 30 % requested at the confirmation of the reservation
Balance : 8 weeks before the arrival date

METHOD OF PAYMENT
The partner commits to performing all payments by bank transfer (SWIFT only accepted).

In case of last minute reservation (14 days prior the arrival date), the partner shall perform the payment by credit card.
A secured link will be sent to the partner, in order to proceed to an online secured payment by credit card.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Until 57 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be kept.
Between the 56 day and the arrival day, the full amount of stay will be kept.

Le K2 Pearls cannot be held responsible for any personal events, economic or weather conditions that may cause a cancellation.
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance from an insurance company.
IN CASE OF NAME CHANGE
A name change will be considered as a cancellation. Therefore the cancellation conditions will apply.
IN CASE OF MODIFICATION OF THE STAY
A decrease in length of stay, room category or change in dates is considered as a cancellation. Therefore the cancellation
conditions will apply.
In case of a necessity, Le K2 Pearls reserves the right to propose a different accommodation within the same category than the
one indicated on the Confirmation form, without this change allowing any compensation.
Therein, the guest refuses irrevocably and definitively to form any complaint directly or indirectly linked to the change of
accommodation that could be made by Le K2 Pearls.
IN CASE OF NO-SHOW
The full amount of stay will be kept. In addition, Le K2 Pearls reserves the right to dispose of all accommodations within 48
hours, unless otherwise specified in writing (fax or e-mail).
REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS
Reimbursement will be done, in accordance to our cancellation conditions, within the delay of one month after written
validation of the cancellation and upon receipt of the bank details.

INCLUDED IN THE STAY
Exclusive use of the chalet and its facilities with catered service, daily housekeeping, mid-week linen and towel change.
Wi-Fi free access, bottle of Champagne upon arrival, daily breakfast, soft drinks; as well as dinner and afternoon tea
according to the organization validated upon the confirmation of stay.
Chalet staff with of a personal Butler, Chef and Housemaid.
No staff one day a week; to be defined at the time of booking. That day only breakfast service is provided.
On this date, tea-time and evening meal remains at the guest’s organization.
Menus are defined with the Chalet Manager on site, upon arrival.
Menus are composed by a starter, a main dish and a dessert, according to the variation on the fresh seasonal products.
Meals not taken cannot be refunded or carried over.
Depending on the availability, a private shuttle is at Le K2 Pearls guests’ disposal every morning to go to and from the
Funival (1 shuttle in the morning & 1 shuttle in the afternoon).
A ski-bus stop (shuttle of Val d’Isère Resort) located next to the chalet (Every 3 minutes from 7.30am to 08pm and
every 30 minutes from 08pm to 02am).
NOT INCLUDED IN THE STAY
Alcoholic beverage.
The products considered of Luxury Food that are bookable 48 hours in advance, subject to availability from suppliers;
and which are subject to additional costs: seafood, lobster, exotic fruits, caviar, truffles, white truffles (non-exhaustive
list)
The kitchen area is strictly reserved to the Chef and Butler during their attendance.
Additional guests of Le K2 Pearls resident’s for meals will be arranged in advance with our Chef and Butler, with an
extra charge.
Transfers, travel insurances, ski-passes, ski instructors, equipment rental and all other unspecified services.
EQUIPMENT AT DISPOSAL
The chalets can welcome each 10 people maximum in 5 bedrooms (each with an en-suite bathroom).
Bathrobes, slippers & towels, bath & beauty products.
Coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, terrace, Apple TV system, Sonos Smart Speakers, indoor swimming-pool,
steam room, ski-room with boot warmers, cinema room, parking.
CAPACITY
The sales conditions are established for a precise number of people, defined in the Confirmation form.
If the number of guests exceeds the predefined maximum capacity authorized by the current standards, Le K2 Pearls reserves
the right to refuse additional guests. In this case, any modification or breach of contract is considered initiated by the guest.
The presence of people outside of Le K2 Pearls chalet should be mentioned to the Chalet Manager.

Breakfast : From 8am to 10am
Dinner : At 8pm (5 evenings)

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Upon arrival, the chalets are available from 4pm.
On the departure day, they have to be vacated at the latest by 10am.
It is mandatory that the client is aware of the check-in and check-out times in order to avoid any difficulties or disappointments.
GENERAL INFORMATIONS
On the arrival day, chalets are available from 4 p.m.
On the departure day, chalets should be vacant before 10 a.m.
Pets are strictly forbidden.
All the accommodations and facilities are entirely non-smoking.
The use of grill, barbecue and other incandescent inside and outside Le K2 Pearls’ chalets is strictly forbidden. Fireplace
in the living room is subject to handling according to safety standards.
The guests of Le K2 Pearls are responsible for any loss or damages. Le K2 Pearls can claim for compensation can claim
compensation when any costs incurred, to be paid by guests during their stay.
The guests of Le K2 Pearls are considered liable for the premises during their stay. Le K2 Pearls cannot be held
responsible for any breach of the safety rules and legal violations resulting from inappropriate behavior of the
customer.
The guests of Le K2 Pearls are liable for the use of the swimming-pool and facilities by them or their children. Le K2
Pearls cannot be held responsible in case safety instructions are not met.
All objects and/or personal belonging of the guest remain within the responsibility of his owner.
IMAGE RIGHTS
We provide our high resolution photographs for you to promote our hotel & chalets on your various media.
Thank you to respect the following terms:
Pictures used for all other meanings is not tolerated and can lead to a breach of the contract
Each photograph at your disposal must include the name of the hotel or chalet it represents
Ask for our approval before publishing
TRADUCTION
This agreement has been drown up in French language. In case of discrepancies between the French text version of this
agreement and any translation, the French version shall prevail.
We very much look forward to welcoming your clients to Val d’Isère, in our Chalets Black Pearl and White Pearl !
