Designed by the renowned Italian architect Renzo Piano and the landscape designer Michel CORAJOUD,
The Lyon Convention Centre is located in the heart of the Cité Internationale district.
A DYNAMIC SITE
With its hotels (500 rooms on site 3 and 4 stars + 500 additional rooms at walking distance), restaurants, shops and leisure facilities (Modern Art
Museum, UGC Ciné Cité cinema complex, casino, etc.), the Cité Internationale caters for every aspect of modern life.

A modern venue with state-of-the-art equipment and event spaces that benefit from natural
daylight.
25,000m² of modular space at your disposal to host events for up to 19,000 participants. All the
spaces benefit from natural daylight.
The event spaces are laid out according to your needs: seminars, meetings, fairs, product
launches, congresses, gala evenings and shows.

A seating plant that can be laid out for up to 900 people.

Production room and integrated interpreting booths
Services included:
Technical production, including a sound manager and a lighting managing.
Stage furniture (1 lectern and 1 rostrum - tables and chairs or armchairs and
coffee table).
Projection screen.
General sound system and wired mikes for speakers (lectern and rostrum).
General lighting for the room and stage.
Pre-equipped simultaneous translation cabins (infra-red transmitters and
receivers).

35 meetings rooms for between 50 and 450 people
Fully equipped: screen, video-projector, sound system, black-out
blinds

Possible layouts: "U", "0", "class-room", "cabaret" or "theatre"
Space fitted out with the requisite furniture for your participants (tables,
chairs).
Stage area with carpet and stage apron (up to 72m² of stage floor) with 1
lectern and 1 rostrum (tables and chairs or armchairs and coffee table).

8,400m² of space that can be divided up with moveable partitions to create
up to 6 smaller areas
