Welcome to Cornerstone Projects
We are a Cape Town based company founded by Shawn Paddock in 2005. Our team has 25
years of experience in the property maintenance and construction industry and we strive to set
ourselves apart through integrity, accountability, service and custom-tailored solutions to our
clients requirements.
We offer a wide variety of services but specialize in the following:

We offer a professional painting service to our residential, industrial, body
corporate and property managements clients. The use of high-quality products,
maintaining best coating practices and adhering to all relevant product
specifications enables us to deliver workmanship and product performance of the

WATERPROOFING SYSTEMS
We offer specialized waterproofing Systems and Services to secure any substrate
including roofs, decks, walkways, stairs, showers etc. We follow a meticulous
process to ensure superior product performance and workmanship that we can
guarantee.
We make use of cementitious, acrylic, bitumen and 100% rubber products to give a
solution to our clients requirements.
New waterproofing systems:
Maintenance of existing systems
Secure damaged/ leaking Torch-on systems without removal.
ROOF REPAIRS AND RENOVATIONS
Whatever your roofing requirements may be, we are able to assist. Clay tiles, slate,
flat roofs, parapets, IBR and Clip-lock systems. Repairs, maintenance, new
installations, High-pressure washing and painting.
DRYWALL SYSTEMS / CEILINGS INSTALATIONS
Creating spaces for work and play. Home, office restaurant, or retail. Room divisions,
suspended ceilings, ISO board and Insulation.

suppliers, We are also SHE, BIBC and SARS compliant.
HEALTH & SAFETY
SHE, Health and environmental training is of great importance to us as a company:
Ÿ Annual medical reports are done for each staff member
Ÿ With working on heights our staff is trained on regular trend to comply with safety rules.
Ÿ Management are on site with each projects to direct and keep all protocols in line.
Ÿ Safety files are compiled with each job and managed daily.
Ÿ All equipment are maintained and checked with each project to follow protocol.
Ÿ We have a team of skilled trades men employed with a team leader Martin Jansen as the
Ÿ Project-cordinator to lead and direct the team to complete each project successfully.
