Angela Minardi,
Chief Experience Officer
Angela started Fit City in 2018 after 15 years in corporate wellness and marketing. She spent the bulk of
her career working for health giant CVS Health where she founded the CVS Fit Club, which grew to over
3,000 employee members at their headquarters in Woonsocket, RI. Angela worked directly with the
Chief Medical Officer and HR team to customize the employee-focused wellness and incentive program
for the self-insured Fortune 4 company. After moving out west, Angela worked for other innovative and
health giants like Google, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Kaiser Permanente where she saw the impact of
the Nation’s top wellness and team-building programs first hand, and the impact they had on
engagement and culture.
She is passionate about our city and all of the options as the No. 2 active lifestyle city in the country
and is excited to customize the next award-winning, Top Places to Work program with you!
