1. How will you ensure all workers know how and are
   able to keep themselves safe from exposure to
   COVID-19?
ACTIONS:
▪ Procedures are up to date with the Ministry of Health Guidance.

▪ Self-assessment tool and self-assessment sign methods have been put in place
for the event for contact tracing.

▪ Ticket reservation methods for arena events will be conducted online to collect
guest names and contact phone numbers have been put in place for contact
tracing.

▪ Capacity limits have been put in place for the “Arena” and the “Park” area as
outlined in the COVID-19 Safety Plan.

▪ Masks and/or faceshieelds are mandated for everyone and complimentary
mask will be provided to those who need one.

▪ Hand sanitizers, cleaning wipes have been placed in designated areas for use.

▪ Acryllic barriers have been placed in areas where staff and volunteers will be in
direct contact with guests which include main entrance, volunteer booth, drink
ticket booth, bar area, ticket checkin booth, etc.

▪ Communication regarding COVID-19 directives being delivered to all staff,
vendor and volunteers prior to the event dates.

▪ Signage outlining COVID-19 directives will be posted at the event entrance
and throughout the “Park” and “Arena” event areas.

▪ Tables and seating have been laid out with 8 foot distancing to ensure guests
and others are properly spaced apart.

2. How will you screen for COVID-19?
ACTIONS:
  ▪ Windsor-Essex Pride Fest will follow federal and provincial guidelines for
  COVID-19 screening measures.
  ▪ All Board members, volunteers, vendors and staff working the event will be
  required to complete a printed self-assessment screening form daily when
  entering the Windsor-Essex Pride Fest grounds.
  ▪ Windsor-Essex Pride Fest will also allow vendors, staff and volunteers to
  complete the online self-assessment through the Province of Ontario website
  at https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/
  ▪ Screening forms will be provided to all vendors, staff and volunteers via
  email in advance of the festival dates so that their screening form can be
  completed prior to coming onsite to the venue.
  ▪ Screening station forms will be placed at the main entrance of the park for
  vendors, staff and volunteers to complete and submit to the volunteer tent
  for filing.
  ▪ Windsor-Essex Pride Fest volunteers will be collecting the screening forms
  and properly filing of those forms for possible use.

  ▪ If a vendor, staff or volunteer identify symptoms on the screening
  applications, the volunteer will advise that individual that there are not
  permitted to enter and that they show return home and isolate.
  ▪ Signage outlining symptoms to look for, physical distancing, masks and
  other directives will be placed at the entrance and throughout the park and
  arena for guests, vendors, staff and volunteers to be aware.

3. How will you control the risk of transmission in your
   workplace?
ACTIONS:

Windsor-Essex Pride Fest will be following all health and safety protocols requested
by the Windsor Essex County Health Unit and the Province of Ontario and will be
enforced by festival staff and volunteers. Failure to comply by any guests will result
in their removed from the venue.

The Lanspeary “Park” and “Arena” has been separated into two separate venues
with their own capacity and directives which are outlined below.

LANSPEARY - ARENA DIRECTIVES

Capacity
Capacity has been reduced in the arena to 306 people compared to the
normal 1100 people that normally can be accommodated in the arena,

Upon Arrival
When you arrive to the arena, you will be asked to show ID and ticket and your
name matched with your reservation. When your entire party of 6 is there, you
will be escorted to a table. In accordance with regulations, all guest names and
contact info will be submitted online with ticketing or upon arrival should they
need to be contacted in the future should an outbreak occur.

Seating
All guests on site must remain seated at all times unless they are entering, exiting,
purchasing a beverage, getting food or heading to the washroom. The tables
are fixed seating of 6 people.

Masking or Faceshield
You are required to wear a mask or faceshield when you are not sitting at your
table. No exceptions. Compliemntary masks will be provided to those who do
not have one.

Hand Sanitizing Stations
We will have hand sanitizing stations placed throughout the arena for our guests
to sanitize their hands.

Social Distancing
We have tables laid out with 8 foot spacing in between tables to keep

appropriate distancing. We ask that all guests respect others and keep their
social distance from others.

Customers will not be permitted to walk around the facility unless to use the
washrooms or entering and exiting the facility.

Signage
Single direction walkways will be clearly marked for easy passage and
distancing. There will also be signage outlining the health & safety protocols and
responsibilities of guests attending the arena.

Beverages/Food
All beverages will be served in individual cups or cans to avoid having glassware
used by customers.

Washrooms
We will also have a cleaner onsite periodically ensuring a clean washrooms.
Sanitation wipes and hand sanitizer will also be provided at the washroom
stations.

Crowd Control
Signage will be placed in areas outling distancing between others. Stanchions
and floor markers will also be used control the crowd in line for the venue.

Stage
There is a separation between the stage and the crowd so that the
entertainment is not close to the guests.

Bar Area
Acryllic shields will be installed at the bar area to keep a separation between
the bar volunteers and the general public.

Drink Ticket Area
Acryllic shields will be installed at the drink ticket area to keep a separation
between the volunteers and the general public.

Ticket Checkin
Acryllic shields will be installed at the Ticket Check In to keep a separation
between the volunteers and the general public.

LANSPEARY - PARK DIRECTIVES

Capacity has been reduced in the arena to 600 people compared to the
normal 2,000 people that normally can be accommodated in the park area
alone. Not including the arena capacity.

Masking or Face Shield
You are required to wear a mask or face shield when you are not eating or
drinking in the park. No exceptions. Complimentary masks will be provided for
those who forget to bring their own.

Hand Sanitizing Stations
We will have hand sanitizing stations placed throughout the park for our guests
to sanitize their hands.

Social Distancing
We ask that all guests respect other guests and keep their social distance from
others.

Signage
There will also be signage throughout the park outlining the health & safety
protocols and responsibilities of guests attending Lanspeary Park.

Beverages/Food
The will be food/beverage available for purchase in Lanspeary Park. All vendors
must follow the health and safety protocols requested by the Windsor Essex
County Health Unit and the Province of Ontario.

Washrooms
We will also have a cleaner onsite periodically ensuring clean washrooms.
Sanitation wipes and hand sanitizer will also be provided at the washroom
stations.

Vendors
Vendors will be required to maintain social distancing of their patrons as well as
provide hand sanitizer to guests visiting their booth. Vendors will be required to
wear a mask or face shield at all times except for eating or drinking.

Crowd Control
Signage will be placed in areas outling distancing between others. Stanchions

the park.

Volunteer Booth
Acryllic shields will be installed at the volunteer booth to keep a separation

4. What will you do if there is a potential case, or
   suspected exposure to, COVID-19 at your
   workplace?
ACTIONS:

▪ The contact information for the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit is
519-258-2146 ext.1420 for Infesctious Disease Prevention.

▪ Staff, volunteer and vendors who feel ill prior to arrival at the venue are
directed to stay home and not attend the venue. They will also be advised to
contact the festival management or volunteer coordinator of their situation.

▪ The management team will then notify close work contacts of the individual as
appropriate and follow Windsor Essex Health Unit directions. Staff members who
were in-office during possible infection transmission can be produced through
review of staff schedules.

How will you manage any new risks caused by
   changes to the way you operate your business?
ACTIONS:
▪ Any changes to the COVID-19 Safety Plan are communicated to staff,
volunteers and vendors when those changes have been made.

▪ We will continue to monitor and adhere to the guidance of the Windsor-Essex
County Health Unit and any provincial and federal guidelines.

▪ Windsor-Essex Pride Fest Management will meet on a weekly basis to review
any potential risks and try to mitigate those risks to the best of our ability.

▪ Windsor-Essex Pride Fets will solicit feedback and ideas from staff, volunteers
and vendors on how we can make the enue safer.

5. How will you make sure your plan is working?
ACTIONS:
▪ The COVID-19 Safety Plan will be reviewed weekly, and/or whenever there is a
local health update or recommendation provided by the Widsor-Essex County
Health Unit or the Ministry of Health.

▪ Windsor-Essex Pride Fest Management will meet on a weekly basis to discuss
any issues.

▪ As part of ongoing communications, all team members are encouraged to
provide input and ideas for making the venue safer from COVID-19.

▪ Revisions are made to the COVID-19 Safety Plan if something is not working or
feedback from staff, volunteers and vendors.

▪ A COVID-19 Ambassador has been assigned to manage the COVID-19 Safety
Plan for the event and work with staff, volunteers and vendors to ensure all
directives are followed.
