QUESTION: Who may sail?
Answer: Please make sure that everyone in your stateroom is eligible to sail.
1. Infants who are at least 6 months old on the day of departure may sail.
2. Women who will be less than 24 weeks into their pregnancy on the day of departure, and for the duration of
the cruise, may sail. This policy is due to the risk of premature labor. Pregnant women must have a letter
from their doctor stating how far along (in weeks) their pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise, that
mother and baby are in good health and fit to travel, and that the pregnancy is not high-risk.
3. Adults aged twenty-one or older may sail. The Cruise Line shall refuse boarding to any guest under the age
of twenty-one unless the guest is:
     a. traveling in the same stateroom with an individual twenty-five years or older;
     b. traveling in the same stateroom with their spouse (proof of age and/or proof of marriage are required); or
     c. traveling with a parent or guardian in an accompanying stateroom.
Guests not conforming to these policies will be denied boarding and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued.
Sorry, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to these policies.

QUESTION: What kind of travel documentation will I need?
Answer: Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise and is the
responsibility of the guest. Any guest traveling without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the
vessel and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued.
U.S. citizens are encouraged to show a U.S. passport. If they do not have a passport, they must provide a valid
government-issued photo ID (i.e. Driver’s License) and proof of U.S. citizenship in the form of a government-
issued (not hospital issued) U.S. birth certificate.
It is important that guest names on travel documents be identical to those on the cruise booking.
Otherwise, proof of name change (i.e. a marriage license) AND a valid driver’s license or government-
issued photo ID must be presented. For further information on documentation see U.S. Customs and
Border protection.
In order to serve our customers better PREMIER has partnered with A Briggs Passport and Visa Expeditors. If
you need to order a new passport, renew a passport, replace a lost or stolen passport, or update your passport,
A Briggs works with the U.S. Passport Agency and foreign embassies and consulates to secure passports as
quickly as 24 hours. For further information see the Travel Options section of our website.

QUESTION: Does PREMIER have hotel suggestions?
Answer: Please check our website, www.duckcommandercruise.com.

QUESTION: Does PREMIER offer transportation to and from the Pier?
Answer: No. PREMIER suggests checking with your arrival airport for shuttle services. Taxis are also available.
For those not utilizing a hotel and are flying in on sailing date, Carnival offers shuttle service from Miami and
Ft. Lauderdale Airport to the Miami port, as well as return shuttle service. These transfers can be purchased
after you have received your Carnival Booking Number. Transfers can be purchased for $16 per person each
way from MIA and $30 per person each way from FLL.
For more information about Carnival Shuttle Transfers, please call their Reservations Department at 800-327-9501.
You’ll need to make sure to have your Carnival Booking Number and flight information available to purchase
the transfers. Or, you can purchase these transfers through your Carnival online check in at www.carnival.com/
onlinecheckin once you receive your Carnival Booking Number.

                                                         EXCURSIONS
QUESTION: What about shore excursions at Key West and Cozumel, Mexico?
Answer: You may choose from a variety of shore excursions at our beautiful ports of call! If you would like
to purchase a shore excursion package through Carnival, we recommend that you do so on-line before the
cruise at www.carnival.com. Please note that you will need your booking number to make a purchase. You may
also register for a shore excursion at the onboard desk after boarding the ship. These excursions are optional. *
Please remember to allow yourself enough time to get back to the ship before our scheduled departure. The
ship’s time will remain on Eastern time throughout the sailing. Cell phones may reset to local time if we sail
outside of the Eastern time zone, which could make you an hour late if you rely on them. The ship will not wait
for late guests.
DINING
QUESTION: What is PREMIER’S Dining Policy?
Answer: Your final dining time and dining room will be indicated on your Sail & Sign card. You may choose
your dining table in your assigned dining room on the first evening of the cruise. Those seats will be your
assignment for the rest of the cruise. Changing dinner tables during the cruise is discouraged because it
reduces the ability of the servers to learn your preferences and serve you to the best of their ability. Groups
should plan to arrive early to secure seats together. By popular request, all dining rooms are smoke-free.

QUESTION: Do meals cost anything?
Answer: All meals are included in your cruise fare. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Breakfast,
lunch, and dinner are served at the casual Lido deck restaurant as well as in the more formal dining rooms.
Evening dinners are served on board in two seatings – early or late. If you are traveling with friends in another
stateroom, please let our staff know so we can put you in the same dining time and location. No requests are
guaranteed and all are subject to availability.

                                         MEDICAL NEEDS
QUESTION: Will I get seasick?
Answer: Seasickness is very rare on ships as large as this. The ship is equipped with stabilizers which are
designed to keep it smooth and steady in the water. If you should feel queasy, medicine is available from your
stateroom steward, the Information Desk, or from the ship’s doctor.

QUESTION: Is there a medical staff on board?
Answer: A qualified physician and nurse from the ship’s medical staff are on call 24 hours a day. Infirmary
hours for medical examinations can be found in your “Fun Times”. A professional fee will be charged. If you
should contract a contagious disease, or even suspect a contagious disease, it is compulsory that you report
it to the ship’s doctor for the safety of everyone on board. If you are taking any prescribed medication and/or
want the medical staff to be aware of any special needs, please contact PREMIER. This will ensure they will be
prepared should you need assistance. The ship’s doctors are independent contractors.

QUESTION: What about my medications?
Answer: Please carry your required medication in your pocket or purse so that it will be available when
needed. Checked luggage may not be accessible at all times. If you’re using any prescription drugs, vitamins
or other medication on a regular basis, you should bring an adequate supply with you since these may not be
readily available either aboard ship or in our ports of call. Commonly used over-the-counter medications may
be purchased at the office of the ship’s doctor.

QUESTION: Where can I store my medications?
Answer: Should you need to store medicine that needs proper refrigeration, medi-coolers are available on
board in limited quantities, and on a first come, first serve basis; a $70 refundable deposit is required. If a medi-
cooler is not available, our ship’s Medical Center will arrange storage - please contact them once onboard.
Note: A small, personal-sized cooler no larger than 12” x 12” x 12” for the purpose of housing medications is
permitted as carry-on luggage.
STAYING IN TOUCH
QUESTION: Will I have access to the internet while onboard the ship?
Answer: Yes! To keep you connected while at sea, every one of Carnival’s ships sells satellite Internet
access facilitated through the Internet Café and through the ship-wide WiFi network. For more information
including pricing go to www.carnival.com and click on “FAQ” at the top of the page. Usage fees apply.

QUESTION: Can I make and receive telephone calls?
Answer: Friends and family may call guests onboard via Maritime Telecommunications Network (MTN)
Shore-to-Ship telephone service. The rate is $9.50 per minute from the United States; additional long distance
charges may apply from outside the United States
The caller needs to have available the ship name (Imagination) and the guest’s name. The charges will be
applied to the caller’s credit card: MasterCard - Visa - American Express - The Discover Card - Diner’s Club.
1-877 CCLSHIP (1-877-225-7447) from the U.S. 1-732-335-3284 from Canada and outside the U.S.
Guests onboard may call friends and family via Ship-to-Shore for a rate of $1.99 per minute. Please be aware
that additional charges may apply. Charges will be billed to guest’s Sail & Sign Card.
Most cell phones also work from the ship utilizing a ship based cell tower for which there are roaming charges.
The typical per minute fee is approximately $3.00 per minute.

                         GENERAL CRUISE INFORMATION
QUESTION: What is an Onboard Expense Account (Sail & Sign Card) and
          how does it work?
Answer: The Sail & Sign System is Carnival’s cashless on board credit program which allows guests to charge
purchases directly to a personal account for convenience throughout the cruise.
You will set up your account before we board with a credit or debit card, $100 cash, or traveler’s checks. All
charges will be billed automatically to the guest’s credit card at the end of the voyage. For those guests who put
down a cash deposit, if there is an overpayment at the end of the cruise, the guest will receive the overpayment in
the form of a check attached to their detailed statement on the final morning of the cruise.
Your Sail & Sign card will also serve as your Boarding Card and your room key. This card identifies you as a Carnival
guest and must be carried with you along with picture identification when you go ashore. Be prepared to show
your Sail & Sign Card and picture I.D. to the officer on duty in order to return on board.

QUESTION: What activities will be available aboard the ship?
Answer: The beauty of the Duck Commander Cruise is that you can do as little or as much as you want to
do. In addition to the typical Carnival Cruise activities and amenities, there will be nightly concerts, fun shows
getting to know the Robertsons, kids and teens events and so much more.*

QUESTION: Will the ship’s casino and bars be open during the Cruise?
Answer: Yes. The ship operates a casino, bars, and stores (formality shops, hair salon, spa, and gift shop)
on the ship. These entities are operated by the cruise lines or outside vendors contracted by the cruise lines.
PREMIER and its affiliates do not endorse any particular entity. Alcohol, non-alcoholic and soft drink beverages
will be available throughout the ship during its sailing.

QUESTION: What should I pack?
Answer: Casual attire is the order of the day, both on board and ashore. For one evening, formal or church
attire is suggested. The dress code for other evenings can be semi-formal to casual resort wear. Note: Shorts
and tank tops are not permitted in the dining room area during dinner.
QUESTION: What do I do with my valuables?
Answer: We’re sure you’ll want to bring your camera, jewelry and other valuable items with you on your
cruise. However, since the ship cannot accept responsibility for any articles left in the stateroom, public areas
or packed in your luggage, we suggest the use of a safety deposit box or cabin safe. For your convenience and
protection, safety deposit boxes are available in every stateroom and are located in either the closet or
a cabinet.

QUESTION: Where is the lost and found?
Answer: The Lost and Found is located at the Information Desk. If you’ve lost anything, you should report
the item to the Information Desk and ask if it has been returned yet. If you find anything, please turn it in there.
After the ship returns to your port of origin, all found and unclaimed articles will be sent to the company head-
quarters where they can be claimed.

QUESTION: Can I bring a radio on board?
Answer: Yes. You are welcome to bring radios, iPods, etc. for your private enjoyment. However, for the
comfort of other guests, we request that headphones or ear pieces be used in public areas.

QUESTION: What about towels?
Answer: Towels are supplied for each guest in your stateroom. You must return the towels to your stateroom
after each use. Failure to return the towel to your stateroom will result in a fine charged to your Sail & Sign card.

QUESTION: What about electrical appliances?
Answer: Aboard all the “Fun Ships” the current in the staterooms is 110 volts AC and is capable of handling all
normal appliances such as electric razors, hair dryers and hot curlers. Pressing and cleaning services are available
onboard and irons are not allowed in rooms. Please note that the cruise line does not supply hair dryers in
staterooms.
