For several years the fabulous Arun Valley route has been closed to locomotive hauled
trains. Now once again passengers can enjoy the lovely English scenery through the
North Downs and then, once in Sussex, the stunning Arun Valley route with views of
Amberley Castle and the hilltop Castle and Abbey at Arundel before arriving at our first
Cathedral City, Chichester. There is plenty to do once there including a walk around the
medieval city walls or Georgian shopping streets. For those continuing on to Salisbury the
train will pass through the beautiful Test Valley before arriving at our final destination
where passengers can soak up the wonderful atmosphere of this beautiful Cathedral City.
