university management asks employees to participate in a survey conducted by the
research project "Administration and Science" of Leibniz Universität Hannover and
the University of Bergen. The results of the project are also of great interest to the

Help design the intranet: Card-Sorting for user-friendly navigation

Recently Humboldt Intern was introduced with initially limited functionality. In the
coming months, additional functions and especially content will be added. The next
step will be the introduction of another important core function, the creation of clas-
sic content pages. An open card-sorting system will ensure that the navigation of our
intranet is user-friendly and contains only terms that are understood by everyone.
Over 2000 employees are now registered on the intranet.

Humboldt Forum

Countdown: Opening planned for December 2020

As announced, the Humboldt Forum is scheduled to open in December of this year.
This was decided by the Board of Trustees of the Humboldt Forum Foundation in
the Berlin Palace. The fact that this is being made possible despite the obstructions
on the construction site caused by the restrictions imposed by the Corona pandemic
represents a considerable success for all planners, engineers and construction
workers involved in the building work.
